WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano will resign from her position to become president of the University of California system, government sources told Reuters on Friday.

I don’t think it’s a scandal. I think she was asked to step aside to make way for an as-yet-unknown actor, unappointed of course, to coordinate the New Police State and the Martial Law that will follow the Zimmerman riots.
