“After both bills pass we combine them into one bill to send to the Senate,” he said. “On the delay of the employer mandate, we will make the point that the president doesn’t have the authority to just ignore the law. It will also force Democrats into the position of supporting or opposing the president.”

Delaying the individual mandate just punts everything until after the 2014 election.
The only way the LIV’s will understand the unintended consequences of this law is to force them to comply with it.
The Democrats shoved ObamaCare down our throats, and it is time to shove it back up their ***.
They couldn’t seize the moment when they had the presidency and both houses of Congress.

And in the voting booth, after all that pain, they'll vote for the party that promises full socialized medicine. The only way out of this mess is to kill the entire program ASAP.

So instead of taking legal action on an illegal action by Obama. The the GOP will just use that illegal action as justification to commit an illegal action of their own. And they will all set a precedent that Illegal actions can just be ignored.

Hey no prob! Its a lesser evil and plenty of Freepers are wholly OK with that. So they better sit silently and enjoy the fruits of their voting habits. It was after all, people that were OK with voting for lesser evils that elected them.

Cantor, Boehner, and (not so) Goodlatte lead from behind. Watch them cave on immigration.
The GOP should introduce a bill (which can be renewed) to delay the employer mandate for one year. Then another for the individual mandate.
Have the Democrats vote for and the president sign legislation delaying the employer mandate.
