It’s confirmed: Kirk is farther left than Durbin.

With the exception of places indicated in the Constitution's Clause 17 of Section 8 of Article I, the states have never delegated to Congress via the Constitution the specific power to regulate workplaces.
Clause 17: To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, byCession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings;--And

“Three Republicans, Sens. Orrin Hatch (Utah), Lisa Murkowski (Ark.) and the bill’s original co-sponsor, Mark Kirk (Ill.)”

That should read “Three communist traitors....”

Interfering with how a private businessman runs his own business is neither “the right thing to do” nor “good for business.” The real outcome with be that even fewer private employers will give any feedback to those who are not hired or to those who are fired. I learned long ago never to give that information out, especially if I thought an explanation would help someone with potential to find a later job.

If XYZ Pizza doesn’t want to hire lesbians, that’s their choice, and if the word gets out and they lose lots of business (or get flooded with customers as Chik-fil-A did), that’s the natural consequence of their private choice. Once the government steps in, people start to tiptoe around and look for other excuses to fire (or never hire) someone who might file a lawsuit. This will not help, but it will build resentment against militant gays (who have chosen to be our enemies) and against government (which is the natural enemy of free men).

So, how do you prove you are a homosexual or can you just make the claim and they have to take your word for it.

Mookowski and Kirk (gay), don’t surprise me at all. But Booby Hatch, went crying and begging the TEA parties not to primary his behind out of office the way they removed his good buddy, former Sen. Bob Bennett.

After this, I wonder what his fellow Mormons are thinking about him as well and I hope the people of Utah have long memories.

The Pedophile Non-Discriminatory Act is just around the corner. It will be “historic”.

LOL! Someone from the ComPost must think the ‘AK’ associated with Murkowski stands for Arkansas.

The bill prohibits workplace discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity.

As soon as the bill passes, look for EEOC to start filing discrimination lawsuits against companies that have too few homosexual employees, or too few homosexual employees in prominent positions.

Quotas and affirmative action plans will be demanded. This is the end-game.

Gender Identity is a bullshit political agenda term that has no valid meaning.
You want to know a persons gender have them drop their drawers.
What you see is what they are, no matter how mentally ill they might otherwise be............

They’re interpreting the Supreme Court Decision last month as a license to kill. And they will viciously push the envelope until they are stopped.

I will hire anyone who is qualified to do the job and seems pleasant to work with. Several years ago I interviewed someone who happened to be lesbian who was a referral from a member of my team. The interviewee had previously worked at the company, had left, and then wanted to come back.

During the course of the interview, it was revealed that during her previous employment with us, she completed a graduate degree from a pricey private school that was paid for through company tuition reimbursement. Immediately upon graduation, she resigned and took a better job with that very university.

Now, five years later, she wanted to come back. I did not hire her though she was otherwise competitively qualified. The scuttlebutt in the office was that I rejected her for sexual orientation. That wasn't it. I rejected her because she showed poor ethics in having the company pay for her education then immediately parlaying it into a job elsewhere. The company expected to benefit from the $40,000 it invested in her. It didn't seem to dawn on her that what she did wasn't right.

She asked how she could have interviewed differently to get the job. I was noncommital as you can get sued for saying anything these days. I wonder if she still believes it was because she was homosexual and not poor ethics.

"Good for business"? Do these sick freaks even believe their own BS? I wonder (in an idle sort of way) how much they are motivated by back room deals that line their pockets and how much by demoniac ideology. Equal equal?

Isn't there another bill that has to pass the House? Has it already? Will it? Not being able to use discernment and good judgement when hiring/not hiring mentally ill sex perverts is abominable. Of course the DoJ and probably most Fedgove agencies/bureaus etc make special outreach to mentally ill sex perverts, they want everyone else to as well. But suppose there aren't enough mentally ill sex perverts to go around? I guess that's what public schools are for, to create more of them.

Anyone wanting on/off any of my ping lists, freepmail me.

How about straight, heterosexual, historic marriage discrimination?

I should go to every gay business I can to demand service.

Kidding, wouldn’t waste my time... and I can’t go there, it’s not me.

ENDA is not a nondiscrimination act. It is a promote homosexuality or else act. Its just another tool to push leftist progressive politics into the workplace. If the GOP let this through the party deserves to die.
