When I saw the headline, I was hoping she was talking about plans to replace McCain.

She's a snowbird - has residency in both states.

The Palins bought a house in AZ because of the very depressed housing market in that state. It was a good buy. They are still Alaskans. Many Northerners own homes in the south just to escape a few months of winter. Nothing political about it.
