Today, July 9th, is DAY #21 (of 5th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Yesterday was the first full day of defense witnesses. Perhaps the most significant of the first set were the two police officers who stated Tracy Martin, Trayvon’s father, said on 2/28/12 the cries for help on the 911 calls were NOT Trayvon. Later in the day Tracy Martin took the stand and essentially said the two detectives were lying. A great analysis of the events from yesterday is available HERE.
What additionally strikes as important to us is the first signs of desperation from the original nucleus of the Scheme Team construct, Benjamin Crump and Daryl Parks – attorneys for the Martin family. Parks appeared on Piers Morgan show last night and the video should be watched by anyone who knows how the scheme was constructed.
We accept that Mark O’Mara is conflicted in this case, and he is trying to walk a fine line between presenting a defense to a case built on political pressure and outright fraud; Yet simultaneously avoiding exposition of both the politics and the fraud itself.
The intentionally avoided open doors exposing the fraud creates anxiety for those of us who know what is inside the room he is avoiding. Our prayers are that his passing those wide open doors is based on prudence [within an unknown strategy]. However, our fear is the hasty and politically correct avoidance might cause him to pass by the room holding the key to George Zimmerman’s ultimate ‘long-term’ freedom.
It should be noted the NAACP Annual National Convention starts in Orlando on Friday; Additionally, preparations are being made in/around Miami-Dade for a Wednesday defense wrap up with a community/LEO preparation meeting today.

"Excited delirium" was first explicitly described in 1985 as a condition relating to acute cocaine intoxication.

The pathophysiology of excited delirium has been unclear, but likely involves multiple factors. These may include positional asphyxia, hyperthermia, drug toxicity, and/or catecholamine-induced fatal cardiac arrhythmias.
A substantial majority of fatal case reports involved men, most commonly African American. Excited delirium patients commonly have acute drug intoxication, generally psychostimulants such as cocaine, PCP and methamphetamine.
Because the police collected whatever it is and they didn't have a bag of any kind so they asked the people gathered there if anyone had a bag and someone gave them a plastic bag. I'm not making this up - I heard one of the police say this.
Because enviroweenies have had paper bags removed from all grocery stores ?
i imagine very possibly the defense knew but chose to go forward anyway... if so, gutsy move on their side... they got away with it

Well that’s not right.. That doesn’t seem fair at all! They were not convicted and then they were tried by he Feds just to get convicted. Boy I need to learn some more about the law...
It would be nice if evidence of that “EDS” were to be made known to the jury re: TM’s autopsy. But not holding my breath for that to happen here.

Ok, however I have little doubt the judge asked how long it would take, no? Also, as she jammed them up with the crump depo, they had to work with what they were given.
My main point being quite simply, this judge has not given the defense any wiggle room and as such, it is her final say as to when anything occurs in her courtroom.
I’ll let it go - it’s not worth much at this point, it just caught my attention.

Does that mean he lied when he said he didn’t hear 911 recording until Saturday ?
Police asking for plastic bag. Neighbor gave them a Walmart bag. They used it to put over wound to stop air leaking.
