Reporting that more people are needing government assistance goes against the legacy media and Obama's narrative that we've had 5 years of steady job growth.

Only 47% of U.S. workers currently have full-time jobs in Obama’s depression.

And not one of them will EVER vote to stop the gravy train.

We are past the tipping point.

That means the number of Americans receiving food assistance has surpassed the number of private sector workers in the U.S.

Yay! Another historic milestone reached!

The progressive/liberal mindset is to strive to bring more people onto government assistance. This is exactly the opposite of what needs to be done. It wasn’t that long ago that the opposite was true.

As awful as those numbers sound i make it out to be $1128 a year or $94 a month? If thats an average then some are getting less than $94 a month or under $3.00 a day?

While I'm opposed to the handout state, I do believe in comparing apples to apples. How many of that 101 million are dependents of adults on welfare? A proper comparison would include the children of those who are working.

30% of the total population relies on 53% of the population who pay income taxes so they don’t starve. What could possibly go wrong?

It’s about buying votes, not feeding people. I’ve looked at the obituaries in the newspaper in my little city. In decades, I have never seen one “starved to death” listed as the cause of death. The Democrats use food stamps to buy votes. It’s just replacement income. If you receive $350 a month from the government for food, then you have $350 a month more disposable income. You can lease a nice BMW for $350 a month.
