Former President George W. Bush wants Republicans to consider immigration on its own merits, not just as a party saving piece of legislation, he said during an interview on ABC's This Week. "Sometimes, it takes time for some of these complex issues to evolve. And it looks like immigration, you know, has a chance to pass," Bush said.

One of the chief arguments for this amnesty bill is to stop enforcing immigration laws in ways that break up families. Should Obama, Bush et. al. be successful in giving amnesty to an ILLEGAL alien that ILLEGAL alien would then get to bring his family here. In light if that, 100 million could be a conservative number.

Yeah, I don’t get that either. I’m just some working class lug living in rural America but I know how making voting citizens of the ILLEGAL hordes will prevent the GOP from ever again winning a national election. Can the Marco Rubios, the Juan McCains and the GWBs not know this? If so I have to question their sanity. If they do, I have to question their loyalty. Either one is not good.

Is something fixin to happen to his legacy? Does he really think he can rally hispanics to his brother, sister-in-law and nephew? Why is he talking now?
I think it is time to logically follow the dots. We will have amnesty now or later. Too many strong forces weigh over the little taxpaying group. The country has & is in disarray & someday we will be just like Yugoslavia was some yrs back.

I’m looking to move abroad. I visited Panama for 2-weeks in February and really liked it. Given what has happened to this country, moving abroad is becoming more and more appealing.
