Today, July 5th, is DAY #19 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
The State is expected to wrap up their case today – A great recap of the trial so far is available HERE: The key witness today expected to be Sybrina Fulton, mom.
Great Expectations? Remember, as y’all have noted during the 15+ months of research, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case we could expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions. We have not been disappointed in our predictions. The state has already won a pre-trial motion to bar the defense mentioning the absence of any witness from the State’s case.
So it comes as no surprise, not a single State investigator has been called, not a single FBI officer, only one local investigative detective, Chris Serino (who supported the defense), and now the profound possibility they won’t even present the Seminole County Medical Examiner. So has the State actually even proven that Trayvon is indeed, deceased? Without the M.E. the ballistics are essentially moot – where did the aforementioned bullet come from? They have not established it came from Trayvon’s body. Think about it.
Because of pre-trial ‘motions in limine’ to exclude the defense bringing it up, O’Mara cannot mention it. Would/Will the jurors notice a missing M.E. = Trayvon blood tox. etc?

IMO, they did not treat the case as they would if they thought that a crime had been committed. They were treating it from the beginning as a self-defense issue until certain someones forced them to prosecute Zimmerman.
Then they had to manufacture the evidence and testimony to fit the profile that a crime had been committed.

I tell you cases like this really make me see there really isn’t two parties considering the FL REPUBLICAN Governor appointed this corrupt swine and she’s a so-called republican.

I'm only slightly following this storyline today, but your comment caught my eye. I wonder if that is exactly true?
I do believe that most of what our government says and does is a lie. They think they can get away with just about anything.

He did say he remembers nothing about what he did so he has to rely on notes. I’m about to agree he wasn’t there and just signed the report someone else did, thinking it was just a shooting which happens all the time and he didn’t think it was important to do it himself.
This may be a pattern - his peons do the work and he just signs the reports like he did it when he’s actually not there but making love to his paramour (or whatever).
I wonder if SHE retires after this trial. Her treatment of the Defense attorney trying to object to a question asked/not answered should be an embarassment to the Court. A witness bringing in their own notes to read, something not entered as evidence? Mistrial?

Not if the key is left under lock and key in the office. Point is the specific very important key is not left in any one person’s PERSONAL possession and travels all over the place with that one person. And multiple people have building keys, not just one person. The key, many times has to be”checked out” but it NEVER leaves the building. That is my point. And why I made the statement and was stunned to begin with the that it was allowed to even go off property. Not freaking out because someone is off today, that’s not surprising and is EXACTLY why the keys should stay at the office/building.

I have to interject and say that, having spent twenty years on a major US police force, my experience with my fellow officers is that they were marginally trained and typically did not follow what training they did have when the SHTF.
I know, and am friends with, many civilians who are better trained and who I trust more with a firearm.
