It’s called “prepared testimony”. It’s not his ME notes from the autopsy.

I'm only slightly following this storyline today, but your comment caught my eye. I wonder if that is exactly true?

I do believe that most of what our government says and does is a lie. They think they can get away with just about anything.

In typical court procedure, I don’t believe a witness is allowed to read from prepared testimony, at least not from notes that are not a part of discovery to the defense.

The witness, while in the process of leading the Judge, stated that These were his PERSONAL NOTES he made up ALL LAST NIGHT which were taken from the notes and photos of the two assistants and the Medical Examiner(whomever that was.)
