Our March on Washington (March for Justice) will always be a highlight in my life, coming up on ripe old 71 years. I carried the NJ flag although from NC. It was awesome.
What ever happened to the NJ flag after that memorable outpouring of Freepers? We never found it!!
When I look at a gathering of any Tea Party—— I think I am looking at Freepers. We are all in the same boat! Right on Rush!
One of my favorite memories, too, boomop1... As my wife/family arrived at the scene, Matt Drudge was just arriving with his television crew (for the old Matt Drudge Saturday Night show). He stopped me for a brief comment (never made the air). But what a day! We had driven down from Connecticut.
I was there in DC for the March For Justice, most fun I have ever had! The only thing I regret about the weekend is there were no name tags with our FR name on it.
