Prosecutors are asking a judge in the George Zimmerman trial to conduct an inquiry into an Instagram photo that was posted by the daughter of a defense attorney.
Prosecutors filed the motion Monday in response to a photo defense attorney Don West's daughter posted last week.
The photo shows West with his daughter holding up ice cream cones. The caption reads, "We beat stupidity celebration cones."

Ridiculous diversion.
Somebody is a touch sensitive, aren’t they. LOL
And I even checked to see if this was a semi-news/semi-satire. D*mn... Sometimes you can’t even make this stuff up anymore.
So the prosecution is objecting because their witness isn’t stupid?
Witness are being treated with all due respect.
I think the Prosecution is panicked on how ridiculous their case looks, and when they get an acquittal, they have no recourse. Also if Stoolie Holder goes after a Civil Rights action, they won’t be able to find a jury to convict. That whole gang is fit to be tied.
I’m pretty sure that knock knock jokes and Instagram pics are not a good idea right now. When there’s no real evidence, perception is all there is.
Overreach much?
That is my fear if the jury hangs or acquits. Of course prosecutors and the lapdog media are going to try to terrify the female jury to make them fear for the safety of their families so the Obama/Holder dept of justice can avoid having to do that.

‘Relevant evidence’: any evidence having any tendency to make the existence of any fact that is of consequence to the matter more or less likely. (Off top of my head, sue me)
Yeah, the state must really be sucking gas. But anyone following this political show trial knows that.
An ice crew cone. Good night nurse.
According to the article, prosecutors want the inquiry to ensure witnesses are treated with respect. What a joke! Don West treated Rachel Jeantel with far more respect than she deserved in the courtroom. Nevertheless, he should have been professional and was.
So what exactly is this inquiry supposed to prove? Is it against the lawyer’s code of ethics to celebrate a courtroom win? Granted. The picture should have never been posted, but c’mon. Did this violate Florida’s code of ethics for lawyers? If not, then this motion should be denied.
That prosecutor’s office ought to be disbanded for ineptness. They only brought the charges to satisfy the race baiters. Would love to see what evidence the grand jury had to indict Zimmerman. Let’s face it, had Trayvon (if Obama had a son) been shot by a black man, this case would have gone away a long time ago.
By linking the photo to their star witness’ testimony hasn’t the prosecution called her stupid?
Here is a link to Don West’s official response:

The picture was taken the day before Rachel’s testimony in court.
By linking the photo to their star witness testimony hasnt the prosecution called her stupid?
********************************************************************
If anything, its the entire prosecution team (along with the judicial agendanista calling herself a judge) which is stupid.
Frightened of ice cream cones.
I dont understand, why are they making a fuss over ice cream? Are they upset because its vanilla (white)?
The local PD and the prosecutor didn't believe this case warranted prosecution, so the AG stepped in, in an attempt to make a political statement. It is bullsh$% - even the police were defiant yesterday while on the stand. They sounded like defense witnesses - the seething dislike they had for the prosecution was visible.
Seriously? this is what they’ve been reduced to?
