Today, July 2nd, is DAY #17 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Today Detective Chris Serino will be back on the stand. [Yesterday ended] on the stand with Chris Serino, who was the lead investigator for the Sanford Police Department on the Trayyvon Martin shooting.
Defense counsel Mark O’Mara led cross-examination with his usual consummate skill, obtaining responses from this witness–remember, the State’s witness–that all but completely guts the State’s charge in this case.
Among the key revelations so far: Zimmerman was always completely cooperative, open, and straightforward with all the police investigators over many weeks of multiple interviews, both in person at the police station and phone. Corruption of our legal process and Justice System.
He didn’t take an SYG class. It was a class within the realm of criminal justice that had a schoolbook with a chapter on SYG.
And the State still has not proved a depraved mind, an element necessary to find guilt for Murder 2.
They are wasting everyone’s time grasping for straws, and short ones at that.
MOM to Professor: “How many students have given this class to? “
Prof.: “ More than 2,000.”
MOM:” Of those people how many went out and killed someone”
Prof. : “None.”

She's given up all pretense at pretending that she's not stumping for the prosecution. I think this judge should be disbarred, impeached or whatever the hell it takes to get her biased ass off of that high horse and out of that position of power.
Could be. My question would be, is GZ on trial for lying to Hannity? Becaause I have not heard anything presented into evidence yet that indicates that GZ told the POLICE that he didn't know about the SYG law. So I don't see how this has relevance to the case.
Trust me...those 6 jurors already know that MT is/was a punk and that he confronted GZ instead of going home. You just can’t wiggle out of that.
Certainly anyone with a registered firearm in the state of Florida is made aware of SYG, self defense, etc.
Well... the Judge did allow all those prosecution witnesses, and photos, and GZ's statements to police, and those benefited the defense.

So did they get to that section of the book? Did he remember the law? He was still IN SCHOOL at the time of the shooting.
What exactly does this mean anyway? GZ intentionally and with malice shot TM for no reason because he thought he could get away with it due to SYG laws? lol
Idk this prosecution is so deeply vile and corrupt it makes me sick. Even sicker that people defend this shit (not you) and cheer it on as if the game must be won to prove a point. You can’t be dissing a young black male. You better not profile or else you go to jail. That’s the crux. The left has managed to pass “bias intimidation” laws in places like New Jersey where if you’re drunk and yell “Nigger” to someone you can be sent to jail. These left wing Nazis want people punished for THEIR THOUGHTS and this is what this trial is about. GZ had the audacity to THINK TM was a bad guy because he was a black male. SO he deserved not only to be attacked but imprisoned.

Just...just day-em! Can’t say I’m surprised...this whole thing from day one has been a travesty...have we really fallen this far??! It’s truly one of the saddest, most shameful things I’ve ever witnessed. After the so-called star witness testified, I broke down in tears...for George...for his family...for us...even for her (yes, for her, but please note that I would toss her sorry butt in jail if I could). The fear for our country on so many levels is overwhelming sometimes.
I’m assuming def will bring their own ME (someone who actually examined George!!!!!!!!).
When will we hear coroner/autopsy testimony?
I remember a lot of us thought he was a fool when he went on Hannity though.
