Today, July 2nd, is DAY #17 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Today Detective Chris Serino will be back on the stand. [Yesterday ended] on the stand with Chris Serino, who was the lead investigator for the Sanford Police Department on the Trayyvon Martin shooting.
Defense counsel Mark OMara led cross-examination with his usual consummate skill, obtaining responses from this witnessremember, the States witnessthat all but completely guts the States charge in this case.
Among the key revelations so far: Zimmerman was always completely cooperative, open, and straightforward with all the police investigators over many weeks of multiple interviews, both in person at the police station and phone. The sense given is that Zimmerman demonstrated endless patience. (continue reading summary)

Easy Peasy!
Why are their side bars on bunk beds?
Why are the goal posts , basketball posts etc padded in sports arenas?
Why are there air bags in cars?
One good neurologist will blow her away!
Sure they would, if they wanted the kids to act white.
Is a sarcasm tag really needed???
it’s not..but I don’t buy into the reason of why she was selected.
it’s not just because they have worked with her before.
it will be interesting to see what Kevin Costner does now.
I wonder if there are any medical professionals on the jury? They might find these answers pretty interesting.
Great. Then let's find out why Rachel Jeantel's Twitter account was scrubbed between the two days of her testimony. After all, fair is fair in social media.
She definitely acted like she was invested in the case.
Again, not cool for a professional.
Going renegade again...
Prosecution will then try to imply that this is why George was “rayciss”, as he lost all respect for them based on his experience.
The fact that it took him a half hour to get the witness there shows how biased she was and how reluctant she was to admit the obvious. I suspect O'Mara has a witness lined up who will be more than willing to testify that there were a number of blows and that any one of them could have been fatal. This was the testimony of an ME who did not examine the defendant. I suspect MOM will bring in a neurologist to testify as to how dangerous even the most minor head trauma can be.
I think O'Mara could have objected to this witness' qualifications as an expert and requested she be disallowed as a witness, but I think he knew he could destroy her on cross examination and then open the door to a real expert in brain injuries.
I must say that O'Mara has changed my opinion of Criminal Defense attorneys. O'Mara is sharp. BDLR is not in the same league with O'Mara. BDLR, is a functional moron compared to MOM.
But... she looked at Inkjet printed copies of photos. Why bother with messy bodies when you can just look at a few 'photos' in your office and provide a report based on what your boss has told you to conclude?
That really upsets me, it is as if Zimmerman was expected to have some belief that Martin would stop short of beating him to death. It isn’t at all reasonable.
[Any answer as to why she has photos that are hers but not been put into evibence?]
My guess because she easily could have and might have used brightness and contrast controls to minimize marks, bruises etc. in other words ‘doctoring’.
Has she been in the court room?
And if she didn’t ban tracy Martin for his little stunts, then I dont’ see how she could do this...
Also, I think a Neurologist can take apart this ME. The damage to the brain happens from the brain shaking in the skull and being bounced back and forth.
Also, was an EMT and I know even from that limited training that head injuries are very dangerous. Was taught to put a cervical collar on anyone who had any facial injuries at all, due to possible neck and spinal cord issues, and to watch the eyes for ability to focus and track, and to look at the dilation of pupils and to see if the eye dilation was the same in both eyes. Responsiveness and blinking were important too. Not a neurologist but I know that MD’s care about this stuff.
When this woman first came on, I figured the prosecution finally had one -——— until the defense got her. LOL! Complete turnabout in how she answered questions, and her attitude was so in your face, that she totally messed up any points she made. Hope the jury sized her up.
What rule did he break?
They just reported many others found her combative on the stand....
Which begs the question....Why??
she has been in the court room. dont know if she is there every day
She stated she wasn’t very good in physics.....the attorney expert just said, “that can’t be GOOD “. Lol
I do not know anyone who would not have shot the other person long before Zimmerman did. These people act like a person who is assaulted should pull out a mirror and gauge the damage before shooting. Geesh!
Thank you.
So... the answer is something was found, but not placed into evidence.
In addition, it could have been a piece of the awning or window. And it was found in the bushes near to a window and or awning.
Seems unimportant.
