Today, July 1st, is DAY #16 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Last week the prosecution feebly presented the first series of witnesses against George Zimmerman. However, as most observers would note, the witnesses called by the state have so far been more beneficial for the Zimmerman Self-Defense position.

Fine, but whatever did happen to “Dee Dee”? All during the run up to this trial it was that name that was all over the blogs and other stories and speculation. Are there not two different people, Dee Dee and Rachel? There is a post on a thread that claims information of who Dee Dee actually is, but even that doesn’t answer the question of, if there is a Dee Dee who was somehow involved with Trayvonn and/or this incident, and was supposedly a big deal witness, what happened? And if Dee Dee never existed except in the form of Rachel Jenteal who was mistakenly called “Dee Dee”, what’s up with that??
depends on what is means....
That's the big, underlying issue.
Has the State broke its rules...
New Rule of Judicial Administration 2.425
http://www.martindale.com/appellate-practice-law/article__1310304.htm
“In other words, while the general provisions of new rule 2.425 prohibit the inclusion of any portion of a Social Security number in a court filing, the requirements of other rules or statutes, such as the requirement that the last four digits of a social security number be included in certain documents, control over conflicting requirements in the new rule. Therefore, Social Security numbers should be identified as ***-**-last four digits in final judgments.”
I could be very wrong wrong. I didn’t start paying attention until the trial started.
This horrible incident happened just a week or so before my husband died.
You are not alone in the feeling.
Yes, he seems rather ‘nervous’ or some sort of odd emotion.
Unfortunately, that is not true. If you lie to a federal officer during an interview, even when you are not under oath, you can go to jail. Just ask Martha Stewart and Scooter Libby.
or go to work for Uncle Mike...
Can the prosecution usurp that and call defenses witnesses?
Yep —
The police are coming on the scene and you have a gun in your hand???
That is a recipe for getting shot by the police.
Odd thinking that there must surely be a Prosecution witness that helps the Prosecution’s case, some where.
Never heard that.......
You are appaerently deliberately misstating my assertion.
There is no way to create a delay greater than transmission time without storing the data somewhere for rebroadcast.
Creating packets stores, but not permanently, not usually perceptibly. The delays that are occuring definitely require storage for rebroadcast.
This guy is very nervous....
So, you are saying it was a ‘63 pontiac tempest?
Bernie is from out the county. Police might resent that or Bernie might not give a damn how he runs rough shod over them..thus creating resentment

And in the case of Scooter Libby it wasn’t even a lie—just a slightly different memory when an obscure event was recalled at different times. The conviction of Libby and cases such as the Zimmerman case make it clear that much of the ruling elite’s “judicial” system has been filled with the despicable and the near insane who are not actually pursuing justice.
I wonder which of his stories Serino brings today?
How many people have to tell you that you are wrong before you admit it? Or, at least go do some research.
Add me to the list.
Bernie, can you say, for the audio forensic analyst, one more time “Would you like fries with that?”
