If gay rights is to be given the same status as black rights, then we can expect organizations that oppose gay rights and gay marriage to be denied tax exempt status. In 1983, Bob Jones University, which had been admitting blacks since the 1970s, was denied tax exempt status simply because it was officially opposed to interracial marriage.
In California, they are banning evangelical Christian ministries, which give therapy to gays in order to make them give up the gay lifestyle.
We can complain all we want; but, what are we going to do about it? Nothing. The regime will incrementalize us into oblivion. First this, then polygamy, then incest & man-child sex and finally, bestiality.
I have seen and lived through this before. When the Catholic Church went nutso on “reform” and “change”, the innovations were imposed, despite protests. The protesters, like myself, were laughed at, ridiculed, ostracized and finally ignored. Having no recourse within the establishment, we struck out on our own, determined to preserve our religion and heritage. It worked until the Rubios and McCains subverted us from within.
Today, the Catholic Church is a haven for perverts, murderers and blasphemers. And those faithful who remain, hoping for a return to what once was, give silent consent to all that goes on.

While Canada does not have a Bill of Rights, ministers have been prosecuted under hate crime laws for preaching against homosexuality. I expect similar assaults on religious liberty will soon be common in this country as our First Amendment is being trampled.

For me, it has nothing to do with religion, but everything to do with common sense. It takes a monstrous leap of imagination for "normal" males to believe what homos do to each other is just fine and should be accepted as sane behavior.

That's exactly right. This is a direct assault on the truth. Anyone in society who refuses to exchange the truth for a lie is despised, demonized, and made into a loathsome criminal.
The government has become dangerously and destructively arrogant because it has been given (and/or has seized) the power to set itself up as god, defining good and evil. So many people and institutions have used government to determine their moral code and ethics policies that the government assumes that you also must do the same. Believe (no matter how false, degraded, perverse, destructive)... or else. The full weight of the system is ready and eager to squash "unbelievers" like a bug. History provides multiple witnesses who have shouted from the rooftops, to no avail.
The government does not define my moral values, nor can it debase my values via government edict. Beastgov is threatened by the existence of those who get their answers and derive their sustenance from another authority.
