Today may be your last chance to make a difference in the Senate amnesty fight. Three votes are scheduled for today with the final cloture vote likely to come tomorrow morning.
Call your Senators NOW toll-free at 888-995-8349. Tell them to vote NO on S.744. The bill grants amnesty first with only promises of future enforcement, and, according to the non-partisan Congressional Budget Office, it increases unemployment while decreasing wages.
Of course they are. They're being forced to defend their boss' lying to the American people, and they're compromising their personal integrity by doing so.
I appreciate your efforts. You should call Cruz as well, if for nothing else but to thank him.
Would that my calls would make a difference. Not that I haven't made them. But my senators are Rubio and Nelson. <;(
Last Chance to Call your Senators and Stop Amnesty -- 888-995-8349
Immigration reform critics flood Senate with phone calls
The calls have stiffened the spine of GOP Senators who might otherwise bend to pressure from business groups and from influential people in their home state, such as editorial writers and clerics, said Roy Beck, executive director of NumbersUSA, which provides a free phone service for Americans who oppose the massive rewrite.
The calls [to Congress] are going our way
and if the bill can be delayed another week, it probably wont pass, Gheen said.
B U M P
My two Senators already oppose the bill (Texas.) What can I do to help?
I don’t like calling other state Senators because, to be honest, my out-of-state opinion has little weight with them. Nor should it.
Call congress.
Tell them to stop all Amnesty or immigration bills.they are all trojan horse bills. some will promise border security that will never be enforced anyway. but in the bill will be the virus:
at least 3 ways to destroy the USA
1. amnesty to 30 million illegals and chain migration.
2. Amnesty forever to ANY foriegner in the 3rd world. all he has to say is he’s seeking political asylum .there are 6 billion poor in the 3rd world . and this bill will allow any of the to come here , all they need is to get on a boat.
3. many more work visas for many occupations
Bachmann explained it . The House will write a border security bill only . then in conference the senate will add the virus and then bring it back to the house. then the conservatives won’t vote for it but democrats will all vote for it so only need 10% of republicans to pass Amnesty and the virus that will destroy America. so any bill at all will be added the virus . so best thing is for Boner to not let any immigration bill at all come out of the House. that is the only hope . call boner and the House
From what I’ve read on NY Times and WaPo blogs I don’t think FReepers are the only citizens calling to oppose this.
They may be left wing statists, but they are not that stupid, they get it.
Every American citizen including Latinos of American descent are being played for suckers.
Big business WSJ Rockefeller GOP repubs want cheap labor.
Big gubmint leftist authoritarians want poor dependent voters.
The sheeple aren’t as think as our overlords dumb we are.
That should read Americans of Latino descent. Libs just insult latino people by assuming they favor law breakers.
I want to thank you for this. I have been emailing. That is all I can do but it is wonderful to be able to do that.
Thank you!
Everything helps.
Call your House rep. You can also leave messages for any of the House leaders, including John Boehner.
Let 'em know we're onto them, and that they'd better not even think of giving our country away to the third world. This country will erupt in CWII if they do.
YOU ARE A PATRIOT. That was a lot of hard work and tedium. That is what it will take . Today is a disaster on wheels. we must take our country back.

This is it! The Senate is expected to vote on the cloture motion to end debate on S.744 at 11:30 a.m. today. Call your Senators NOW toll-free at 888-995-8349.
Tell them to vote NO on S.744. The bill grants amnesty first with only promises of future enforcement, and, according to the non-partisan Congressional Budget Office, it increases unemployment while decreasing wages.

The Senate is lost. The majority is not interested in what the taxpayers want.
Enforcement Holiday: Immigration Bill Allows Criminal Illegals ‘Safe Harbor’
A provision in the Gang of Eight bill would amount to a 2.5-year-long law enforcement holiday, during which time law enforcement will be forced to suspend deportation efforts against criminal illegal aliens and allow them to apply for legalization.
What that means is that while illegal immigrants “come out of the shadows,” as Gang of Eight members like to say, and fill out their applications for legalization or amnesty, enforcement of America’s interior immigration laws will be suspended completely. Essentially, the bill’s provisions create a few-year-long period of suspeneded immigration enforcement immigration while illegal aliens apply for legalization.
The provision, which applies to all illegal aliens who would seek legalized Registered Provisional Immigrant (RPI) status and to all blue card status applicants for illegal immigrant farm workers, has been in the bill since its introduction. As the Gang of Eight and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid attempt to speed this bill across the finish line in the U.S. Senate on Thursday, some who are worried about the bill’s potential future impact are trying to highlight these specific provisions more.
For instance, NumbersUSA director of government relations Rosemary Jenks wrote in a recent op-ed for Breitbart News that the senate bill would make “the United States essentially an enforcement-free zone for a minimum of 18 months (six months for the Secretary of Homeland Security to write two plans to secure the Southern border, then a one-year amnesty application period), but more likely three years (since the Secretary can extend the amnesty application period for another 18 months).”
“During this entire period, no illegal alien can be deported without being given an opportunity to apply for amnesty,” Jenks wrote.
Jenks wrote that President Barack Obamas current executive amnesty for so-called DREAMers is instructive on how this will play out as under that policy if ICE agents encounter illegal aliens, and such encounters generally occur because the alien is in jail for another crime—and the alien says he is eligible for the amnesty, ICE must take him at his word and release him with instructions on how to apply for amnesty.
The only exception is if the alien already has been convicted of a felony or three or more serious misdemeanors—the same standard set out in the Gang amnesty bill, Jenks wrote.
The purpose of passing a Federal reform immigration bill this year is to allow illegal alien invaders from Mexico, and other Central and South American Socialist Countries, to vote for Socialist-Democrats and appeasing RINOs in the 2014 and 2016 National Elections for more debt-generating welfare to illegal alien invaders.
These future voters should be called McCain-Rubio Democrats, as no other Senators have done more to encourage gullible RINOs to appease and otherwise cave-in to debt-dependent Democrats than these two sorry RINO Senators.
Stand your ground, FReepers! Raise the Gadsden Battle Flag!
It is us against the gullible supporters of Obamanation!
For example:
While Rubio and his Eight Senate Gangsters put out political smoke and mirrors to get a bill passed this year, nothing they have said will change the basic problem of aliens illegally invading the USA.
The Basic Problem: Illegal aliens invade the USA for Welfare and Wages.
Solutions that address the Basic Problem:
1.) End the Anchor Baby Law.
2.) End the Hospital Emergency Room No Payment Law (EMTALA).
3.) End ANY other Welfare to Aliens.
4.) Fine US employers $1,000 per day per employee who is an alien.
5.) Spend NO money on securing the border. It is a bottomless money pit.
6.) Spend money on Chainlink/ Concertina wire desert prisons for the EXISTING Federal Law for a mandatory 6 month imprisonment for repeat offenders who have invaded our Country more than once.
7.) Transfer Border Invasion Enforcement to the US National Guard in each State, and thus under the control of the Governor of each State. The less Federal involvement, the better.
8.) Repeal all State and Federal Laws that prohibit voter officials and Police from requesting proof of US Citizenship for any reason what so ever.
9.) Be as hostile to all illegal alien invaders as we should be to all Federal politicians and Federal Judges who vote for or support another Kennedy-style amnesty bill with no significant Federal enforcement.
Contact your local TEA Party, and plan to kick the sorry RINOs and even sorrier Democrats out of Congress in 2014!
It is all about the money FReepers, YOUR tax money.

Our sources say they expect a final vote to end all debate on the legislation today at 11:30 a.m. If that vote passes, then a final vote on the bill is expected at 2 p.m.
Toll-Free 888-995-8349, or if circuits are busy call their direct numbers HERE.
1. Vote NO to the motion to end debate on the bill and
2. Vote NO on final passage.
The Senate already passed the Corker-Hoeven amendment to the bill earlier this week that added $38 billion in special interest carve-outs to secure votes of on-the-fence Senators. These include:
A carve-out for Alaska Sens. Lisa Murkowski (R) and Mark Begich (D) that classifies seafood processing positions in Alaska as "shortage occupations," thus allowing the industry to bring in more cheap foreign labor to do those jobs. It also allows employers to bring in non-immigrants under a summer program to work in seafood processing positions.
A carve-out for Sens. Susan Collins (R-ME) and Jon Tester (D-MT) that eliminates a requirement that at least 90% of funding for a law-enforcement program along U.S. borders be devoted to the southwest border, freeing up more money for Northern border states.
A carve-out for Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) that creates a slush "Youth Jobs Fund" for FY 2014-2015 using $1.5B from U.S. Treasury. Until the kickback, Sen. Sanders was an outspoken critic of the bill for taking jobs away from Americans.
Call your Senators NOW and tell them to vote against S.744:
Toll-Free 888-995-8349, or if circuits are busy call their direct numbers HERE.
Tell them:
"Amnesty" is NOT immigration reform. Amnesty undermines the rule of law and is inherently unfair to millions of legal immigrants who followed the rules and waited their turn in line.
The Gang of Eight amnesty bill hurts American workers. It adds to the labor market millions of illegal aliens AND guest workers who will unfairly compete with American workers and drive down wages.
You want the government to keep its promises to enforce the law, both at the borders and across the country.
You demand that Congress restore integrity and common sense to our immigration system, not sell out to special interests.
Please call your Senators NOW!
