In a statement, President Obama called today's Supreme Court decision on the Voting Rights Act a "setback."
"I am deeply disappointed with the Supreme Courts decision today. For nearly 50 years, the Voting Rights Act enacted and repeatedly renewed by wide bipartisan majorities in Congress has helped secure the right to vote for millions of Americans. Todays decision invalidating one of its core provisions upsets decades of well-established practices that help make sure voting is fair, especially in places where voting discrimination has been historically prevalent," reads Obama's statement.

uh oh.....John Roberts and the others better watch out for stuff to come out about them. The Obama INNER CIRCLE knows EVERYTHING about their Enemies.
“His car passed me, and it sounded like a freight train”
It is about time that the Supreme Court made a sane ruling again.
TRANSLATION: “We’ll have to find other ways to get those fraudulent votes from now on”
7 to 1 (one abstention) Not even close. But the Constitutional “expert” disagrees.
If Roberts had any guts at all... he would encourage the court to take a look at Obammy’s qualifications for serving as president...... namely.... where was he born. That court can throw him out whenever they get the guts to do so.
Dear Leader is disappointed?
Then color me thrilled!
A bit of good news in a period of perpetual bad news.
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Decoded: NSA, pick up the Red Phone
I'm wondering if Snowden doesn't know everything about Obama's inner circle (plus what that circle knows about its enemies).
Related: DNC fundraising on the issue: These threats are real. I’m sure you saw the images of long lines at the polls in Florida last November — or heard about the voter ID laws Republicans tried to pass in Ohio and North Carolina.
The good news is that Democrats have organized and stopped many of these Republican attempts — and we’re going to continue to stand guard to stop future Republican attacks, and work to expand voting access state by state. Because a belief that our electoral system works best when all of our voices are heard is essential to who we are as Democrats.
We faced a setback with the Supreme Court’s decision today, that’s for sure. I can’t sugarcoat that. But I hope you won’t give up, because let me tell you — I am most certainly not giving up.
Stand with Democrats who are fighting Republican attacks on voting rights:

Time for an executive order telling the Justice Department to continue enforcing despite the Supreme Court’s decision. Maybe they can get a FISA court judge to rubber stamp it in the interest of national security.
That’s okay, Barqie. We’re infinitely more disappointed that some Democrat precincts in Philly consistently vote 110% for Democrats. The champions of voter fraud live in the North.
If the racist Marxist doesn’t like it it’s got to be a good thing.
Oh, for hell’s sake! Let’s cut the hyperbole, BO. The reasons these laws were enacted in the first place largely disappeared about the time you graduated from diapers. How long has that been?
Truth is the Obamadork is “deeply developmentally challenged”.
And - I guess one could say that is one of the reasons he is “deeply disturbed” - as one of the subroutines.
Face it, Obamadork, once out of Baskin Robins ice cream serving, you were totally outta your depth.
You are slime.
Stupid, sleezy slime.
Worthless slime.
Smelly slime.
etc, etc.....
I am VERY suspicious.....plus “burned beyond recognition” but the FBI said the fingerprints matched???? Color me NOT CONVINCED OF AN ACCIDENT!!
