The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is looking to close 2-million acres of forest to protect a toad and frog habitat.
The service held a meeting in Prather Wednesday to discuss closing parts of nine forests.

IIRC, it is indirect. The Agenda 21 endorses the Global Biodiversity Treaty. The Global Biodiversity Assessment upon which the treaty is based endorses The Wildlands Project.

Most of the amphibian losses in the higher sierra are specifically from the FS or F&G stocking alpine lakes with trout.
Time to say too bad for the frogs in this instance, evolution happens, species go extinct. Time to make way for a new adaptive radiation :-)

A possible answer to this is to kill all frogs and toads whenever they are seen.
All game of the forest is the property of the King and none may hunt or take from that which does not belong to him.
