Sarah Palin addressed Ralph Reed’s Faith and Freedom Coalition’s Road to Majority conference Saturday morning, skewering Obama voters, the NSA, and Washington culture in general, and throwing a good-natured elbow to her “friends” at Saturday Night Live while she was at it.
“It seems so Orwellian around here,” Palin said. “Before 1984, terms like ‘leading from behind’ meant following. The other day the White House testified before Congress, bragging that they used the ‘least untruthful statement.’ Where I come from that’s called a lie.”
“Yes, officials lied, and government spied,” Palin rhymed. “In Benghazi, government lied, and Americans died. These scandals are coming at us so fast and furious.”

In defense of all the low level employees there, I think the blame belongs on the cluelessness of the high political leadership.

If Sarah Palin and Jay Leno can keep up their joint barrage of hilarious anti-Obama jokes, after a month, Obama’s reputation will have been reduced to the size of the dead Wicked Witch’s pathetic puddle.
It shows how bright Sarah Palin must be, since unlike Jay Leno, she doesn’t need highly paid comedy writers to come up with her one-liners.
Does Obama really need to go out of his way at this time to supply first-rate comedy material to his detractors by taking a $100-million taxpayer-paid family trip to Africa? He probably can’t help himself.
Palin is wrong to assume there was no intel.
The US had vital intel leading up to 9-11-11. There was also intel on Benghazi prior and during. We know about foreign intel concerning Boston that was no doubt vetted and cataloged by the agencies.
The nation is politically stymied. Everyone needs to take their big, fat fingers and point it to the elected officials responsible for setting and funding the security policies underway.
