Not only couldn’t they find the Boston bombers - they missed them while the Russians were screaming, “those two are dangerous - they’re terrorists”. Then again what’s that compared to playing high tech spook... and watching people through their ipads?
They’re not listening in on muslims because they’re not looking for islamist terrorists because in Obama’s world, they are not the enemy but victims. They’re listening in and spying on Christians because they are the enemy of the regime.
