A major investigation is under way in Las Vegas after a court officer is accusing of sexually molesting a woman, and employees and managers allegedly covered up the assault.
Video has just surfaced of Monica Contreras, who went to family court with her 2-year-old daughter in August 2011.

KLAS-TV reports she was in court for a routine divorce hearing.
According to internal court documents, as Contreras was leaving, family court marshal Ron Fox ordered her into a waiting room for an unexplained drug search, the station says.
Contreras claims Fox touched her buttocks and breast, and also ordered her to lift up her shirt.
Clark County courts conducted a later investigation which validated the womans allegations.
Contreras went back into the same courtroom to tell hearing master Patricia Donninger that her requests for a female marshal handle the search were ignored.
I think Id rather have a female in here and he went anyway. I was just offended by it. Im just offended that he asked me, Contreras told Donninger, who did not respond.
The video shows Marshal James Kenyon preparing to arrest Contreras. She can be heard pleading with him.
For what, sir? Why would I be arrested? Can you please tell me?
Thats when Fox chimed in, Because of false allegations made against a police officer.
KLAS says it could find no law to support the womans arrest.
It is also highly unlikely a sexual assault victim would be placed under arrest by the alleged assaulter, the station noted.
The marshals repeatedly tried to get Contreras to recant her story, but were unable to...

This pretty young mother is pleading with the court judge, who is RIGHT IN FRONT of her to help her. She has just been felt up and assaulted by court marshal. Her 2 year old little girl is pleading to them to not take her mother away. The court thugs arrest her on a totally made up charge "Making false accusations against a court officer."
The thug was eventually fired, and the judge is finally under investigation.
Nevada. Harry Reid’s people.
bump
They could always vote for a different political party.
Clark County is Vegas. That is different from most of Nevada. In the North part of the state there are still some normal people.
TSAers in training.
Coming to a sports venue near you.
” In the North part of the state there are still some normal people.”
But only a few hundred people, period.
Nothing unusual, TSA will hire him tomorrow.
I hope he has a Blue Helmet in his future.

I'm the first one here to call out the gestapo tactics of some law enforcement "officers" and for that I am labeled as a "cop hater" here by some, but I'll also defend them when they do their job correctly.
Not enough evidence here in my view.
If I'm wrong, my mind is open.
Nevada. “Harry Reids people.”
____
Correct!
If she was arrested, they now have her DNA.
BS, this State is red except for Washoe and Clark, learn before you post.
For that alone, the cop should have been fired (and he was).
For the blonde ditz of a judge to sit there, turn her back on the crying woman, and play with her 2 year old as they tormented and berated her was just painful to watch.
The judge is still getting paid tax dollars, but is under investigation. So is the obese other cop, and many others.
Our civilization is degenerating to the days of the medieval sheriffs, who answered only to the Lord and could do pretty much anything he wanted to the serfs.
I agree, but the video does not show what the head line reads and that gives me pause.
Believe me, I'm the first to call them out, but WND does tend to sensationalize.
I want to see some more on this one but don't get me wrong, I wouldn't doubt its veracity.
BTW, I haven't heard a thing about this locally, fwiw.
I just went back and watched that video for the third time, it is so heavily edited there is no way to discern what the true content is.
The fact the cop involved does give me pause though...I dunno.
None of you non-California FReepers say that about this state.....suck it up and live with it. We do; we’re maybe a little better at it than the Silver State.
What did the officer say was the reason he wanted to search her for?
Did he see her putting a pipe or drugs in her panties?
One doesn’t normally go to court loaded down with drugs or paraphanalia.
Did he search her because he could?
If this was purely for intimidation, then the (ex)cop should be in jail.
