I'm the first one here to call out the gestapo tactics of some law enforcement "officers" and for that I am labeled as a "cop hater" here by some, but I'll also defend them when they do their job correctly.
Not enough evidence here in my view.
If I'm wrong, my mind is open.
For that alone, the cop should have been fired (and he was).
For the blonde ditz of a judge to sit there, turn her back on the crying woman, and play with her 2 year old as they tormented and berated her was just painful to watch.
The judge is still getting paid tax dollars, but is under investigation. So is the obese other cop, and many others.
Under what possible circumstances would it be appropriate to allow an officer who has been accused of sexual assault to be the sole person to determine that the accuser was making a “false accusation against a police officer” and then arrest her for that “crime”? Shouldn’t someone independent have first determined that her claim was false before arresting her? (Remember that the story states that her allegations were substantiated and the cop later fired.)
