I depend on no mind-altering drugs, but I do need a few life-preserving ones. I am sure you begrudge me the latter while inaccurately asserting the former.

And the ‘you’ in this case is generalized not you specifically. I think it is a lot like riding a motorcycle with a helmet. I think that is a good thing to do. You apparently did not bother to read the article. The benefits claimed are simply anecdotal and not scientific in any manner or form. A dietary change had the same results at one point for the child.
