Happy weekend to one and all. And now for something completely different. Or, not:
---snip---
OK, so the question is, what is the craziest, dumbest, most relentlessly idiotic, jaw-droppingly imbecilic thing ever said to you by a liberal? And I don't mean the usual "Obama is good", "Republicans are mean" LIV talking points, I'm talking about remarks that are just so full of weapons-grade stupid that you're left gasping for air like a gutted fish, completely speechless, and feeling like your head has been filled with Elmer's glue.
Just how dumb can they get? Let's see what you've got.
And no fair just Googling for quotes from Nancy Pelosi or Keith Olbermann, it has to be something that was said directly to you personally.
I'll prime the pump with a few examples:
"The main stream media are hopelessly biased in favour of the right - a result of the fact that they are owned by mega-corporations."
A woman I met in a dog park in San Diego told me that she didn't mind illegal immigration as long as it didn't bring down her property values
Another one responded to my reference to the famous Chesterton quote about how people shouldn't change things without first understanding why they are the way they are in the first place by asking me if I thought women should be allowed to wear pants.
And this last one is moron-worthy:
I was once told by my friend's girlfriend that Kentucky Fried Chicken had to change its name to KFC because all the antibiotics they gave to the chickens had mutated them to such an extent that they could no longer be legally called chicken. I thought she was joking and laughed....

I have a libtard moment which goes all the way back to the Reagan administration when AIDS was first diagnosed. An older woman told me that she had it on good authority that the virus was actually introduced into Africa by American scientists promoting genocide.
"But, didn't it originate in primates," I asked?
"Yes," she admitted, "but American scientists introduced it to them as an sexually transmitted disease".
"For that to be possible," I noted "they would have either had to have boinked or injected one of these primates, who would have had to have passed it on to the local population in the same manner."
"Yes, I suppose so," she said.
"And," I added, "the only way to prove your contention was if one of the scientists talked, one of the monkeys talked or they caught them in the act. Which was it?"
A liberal teacher in Gillette Wy. Dissing the coal companies...she drives a plug in electric car...then I asked her if she knew where the electricity comes from that charges her car...silence.
I feel I must interject a completely sane, succinct description--in three words--that declares the stupidity of such people:
"The human debris living and outnumbering us in this country dont care. Everybody Loves Barry."--from FlingWingFlyer
What a great, pithy summary!
I took it from another recent response (my emphasis). Give FlingWingFlyer a sustained round of applause!
“It depends on what the meaning of the words ‘is’ is.” — the Slickmeister.
I have a lib brother too. Pro union, pro gubmint’, you name it. Every Christmas, every fed holiday, it’s a political powder keg at the dinner table.
“Weapons-grade Stupid”. I love it.
Comments: “entering the country illegally is a crime only because the government said so”.
Yeah baby! That’s industrial strength lefty logic.
When I informed a Liberal of his mistaken beliefs, his reply was “well, those are YOUR facts”.
I started to explain what a “fact” was, but he decided to end the conversation.
Its genetic that blacks cannot work.
the belief that certain races of people are by birth and nature superior to others
racism noun
Your clueless friend's comment is just about the dictionary definition of racism. I beleive that a lot of self avowed liberals are deeply racist, and pretty stupid. They think that by embracing unfair racial policies favoring those whom they see as disadvantaged, they will divert accusations of racism.
I found out after I moved to Kentucky that Kentucky Fried Chicken became KFC because of a state law that requires you to pay an extra tax if you own a company with “Kentucky” in the name. However, they let Colonel Sanders’ first restaurant in Corbin, KY keep its original name, so that place is still called “Kentucky Fried Chicken” today. The tax man has struck again!
