I think little Kimmie and Davy used “conservative Republican” in hopes of getting some credibility for their BS article. The problem is, when commie libs are looking for credibility, they always describe themselves as being a “conservative Republican, who voted for Bush, twice, and was a “sniper” in Iraq and Afghanistan. Oh yeah. They usually drive a “Honda” Prius.

If Elijah Cummings has an unnamed conservative Republican saying it started in the Cincinnati IRS I have an unnamed Liberal Democratic Activist in the White House that says it came from Obama. This is 100 percent Bull Sh-t!!!!!

I think the wheels are coming off the train.

Worse yet, how come only Cummings has the transcript of this interview ..??

This looks like a cover-up to me .. which is not new for this admin .. by using Cummings “interview” to place the blame back on Cinci - and “the WH is not involved.

What a bunch of garbage! These dems will do anything to protect their liar-in-chief .. well,I’m not buying it.

And .. never forget that ALL DEMS BELIVE ALL REPUBS ARE “CONSERVATIVE” .. which is another load of garbage.

So, now comes the new script. The conservative groups were given extra scrutiny because they were different from the others that had come before. Perhaps the Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission, 558 U.S. 310 (2010) decision had a big part of the new applications for 501(c)4). This opened up a new opportunity for new groups like the Tea Party. What the IRS did was give the fast lane for their pro Democratic Party groups and put the other groups through scrutiny as if the Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission decision never existed. If you were a small group, you could never get the Lawyer power to exert your rights in light of the Court’s decision. And the IRS knew this, like they do in other actions they put on American citizens.

Stop the scandal accusations, FReepers! A “conservative Republican” says that it was strictly a Cincinnatti initiative!

We should always trust “conservative Republicans” like Mitt Romney, John McCain, Jeb Bush, Steve Schmidt, David Brooks, and David Frum!

[”They wanted to make sure that it was handled in a way whereby when other cases came behind it that were similar, that they would be treated in a consistent way,” the lawmaker said.]

They were treated “in a consistent way.” They were unmercifully harassed and their applications were delayed—some have remained frozen to this day. IRS agents sought the identity of donors and attempted to gather the identity of everyone with any connection to each group. Individuals were audited and some were harassed by other federal agencies like OSHA and ATF. “Conservative Republican” my keester.

A U.S. Internal Revenue Service manager, who described himself as a conservative Republican, told congressional investigators that he and a local colleague decided to give conservative groups the extra scrutiny that has prompted weeks of political controversy.
