“With all due respect, Senator, I don’t think this is an appropriate setting for me to discuss [this issue],” Holder replied during a Senate Appropriations Subcommittee hearing when Sen. Mark Kirk, R-Ill., asked if the executive branch was conducting surveillance that would give “unique leverage” over lawmakers.
Kirk replied that “the correct answer would be no, we stayed within our lane, and we did not spy on Members of Congress.”
Holder assured Kirk that “there is no intention to do anything of that nature — that is, to spy on Members of Congress or to spy on the Supreme Court.”

At the time of his crazy opinion that saved ObamaCare by calling it a tax, there were rumors that Roberts’ adopted children were here illegally. It sounds plausible because that’s the Chicago Democrat mafia way.
I’m coming up blank on any possible information on Roberts that would sway him. A fabricated scenario is all I can think of.

When I worked in Congress three years ago all of our cell phones were through Verizon, so I’d say yes. We now know the NSA knows where members and staff are, who they are with and who they have been calling.
...and especially Roberts.
Also please note the testimony from IG Horowitz (a former US Attorney himself) who stated that the US Attorneys, including Holder and his Deputies, ARE EXEMPTED from investigation by the IG.
He said Fast and Furious was NOT fully investigated because of this fact.

No we aren't. People are finally beginning to notice what's going on and they're asking questions and pushing back. I'm more hopeful now than I have been in the past five years.
