1) Napolitano told a Senate committee that she,Obama, and the Obama administration, pick and choose which federal laws they enforce, and which ones they choose not to enforce.(Public record)
2) The 157 IRS trips to the WH, and subsequent PROVEN terrorism by IRS administrators towards Tea Party, Christian, and conservative groups, is not only grounds for impeachment, but a textbook application for the RICO statute.
Exactly right. And the main point of choosing this proper route of VOIDING this administration as illegitimate is that every act Obama has put his signature to would be voided as well. At least a Constitutional case could be made for this. DADT repeal? ObamaCare imposition? Tax increases? Hate crimes/thought crimes legislation? Every executive order he has ever signed? ALL GONE, as if they never happened.
What healing this country would experience if this could be accomplished.

My strategy is to have the repubs make floor speeches in the house listing out the high crimes and misdemeanors that would be articles of impeachment if it weren’t for the “historic nature” of the “first black president”.

I say if we went on full attack mode, we would prevail, regardless of the MSM. They would have to cover it, and in so doing, the American people would be exposed to the charges, and the evil that has been done. To be shrewd, the proof that Obama spied on the press should be front & center. I say the American people would force the MSM to back off.

So everyone driving by could see this one pinhead’s sign, making it look like the whole group agreed with it.

The impeachment clause of the Constitution is there because we could not impeach George III. Our choices then, were to submit to tyranny or revolt. We are supposed to peacefully remove our presidential mistakes rather than storm the WH and do nasty things to the usurper and his family.
By our inaction, a corrupt people have set precedent for an elected despot. If his crimes go unanswered, it is adios to what remains of our republican freedoms.

I agree! We need to stop being cowardly and attack them(not physically, but judicially, politically, in every legal way that we've been given by our constitution.) We need to stop being SO AFRAID of "what the press will say", or "What the lofo voters will think". Just start calling people to account, start arresting people. Start at the bottom and move upward if we need to be do it. I'm so Sick to death of the cowardly naysayers on Free Republic advising that we should not do the right thing because it might cost us something. The founding fathers would be ashamed if they could see how paralyzed we've become. If something is evil, the good people must fight it, contain it, punish it. That is the whole purpose of government.
