While everyone has been focusing on Susan Rice, It is Samantha Power who is the real danger. Rice is an intellectual lightweight who got where she is by being willing to carry water. She’s not a policy thinker. Power is one of the brains behind Obama’s foreign policy. She’s the one conceptualizing the Arab Spring BS and, earlier, Obama’s apology tour.
U.N. ambassadors have to be confirmed by the Senate, and so there is a good chance that Paul, Cruz, and Lee can stop her, if they so choose.
