The Fifth District Court of Appeals has ruled in favor of George Zimmerman and his defense team.
Benjamin Crump must sit for a deposition.
This highly unusual pre-trial intervention reverses the prior ruling of Judge Nelson and appropriately states the need due to a lack of ability for the Appelate court to quantify the damage caused by allowing discovery to be impeded.
This is a HUGE VICTORY for George Zimmerman, and one that may indeed lead to a delay in trial.

Good news.
you can’t hide things just because you’re their attorney. not everything is privileged.
I wonder what Mr. Crump will do?
I’m guessing he suddenly withdraws from the case for health reasons.
Hip Hip Hooray! Heading over the CTH right now.
Guess he thought his race card had no expiration date....
I hope they eventually disbar this POS...
He will be an evasive witness at best.
If she is excluding all the “fighting Trayvon” evidence I think that is getting reversed as well, if Z is convicted.
This is hot!
I’m glad you’re following this. That is great news! Thank you!
He might be packing his bags for Cuba. Watch the airports
Who is Crump and why is this important? I have not been following this case.
Great news. That liberal, democrat judge who is leading the railroading
against Zimmerman just got bitch slapped.
In reading the opinion, it seems Crump recorded his interview with witness 8 although it is of poor quality. The deposition is limited to the substance of the interview. I don’t think much new will come from this.
1 for the good guys
Mr. Crump is representing Trayvon Martin's estate.
It sure would be weird if Crump wound up taking the 5th....but he won't.
You think he would really take a fall for the Tray family?? He was only in it for the money anyways..and he got his 1/3rd already.
He wants to go to the Bahamas....
