Why not leave a rope in his cell.
His only purpose is to have the floor...he can rant and rave until the cows come home and the judge can't do much.
Remember how the court had to restrain Saddam?? Well, we don't do that here.
Be prepared for live prayers to allah...

Give the terrorist an extra 2 years to prepare....

Guranteed that once convicted he will use this as his first grouds for appeal. That’s the whole reason he’s doing it.

Give the terrorist an extra 2 years to prepare....And more time when he appeals his conviction based on incompetent representation.

Don’t think it will work:
“She repeatedly urged him to reconsider his request, noting that the lead prosecutor has more than 20 years of experience and that Hasan will be held to the same standards as all attorneys regarding courtroom rules and military law.
Youve made that quite clear, Hasan said after the judge asked if he understood that representing himself was not a good idea.
While you are required to have counsel made available to you, you have no legal requirement to accept it.

THIS is a huge mistake. Has everyone who holds any supposedly responsible position in America lost their freaking minds? This is a mockery of justice and an affront to the victims he murdered in iced blood. He should have been executed the same day he did it. There is NO damn way to refute his guilt. G-d help us.

This is just to abuse the victims for one last time. If he’s representing himself, this means he gets to question the victims, that is, those who survived to be witnesses.
Cruel and unusual punishment - for the victims. But would one expect otherwise in Obama’s Muslim America?

I want to know why nobama hasn’t made this fellow-traveler a Work-Place-Violence czar? Does nobama have to pardon him first...is that the hold-up?
