There is a lot of scientific evidence that married males out produce (”work effort”) married women, single women, and even single men). Especially among low-income people, the likelihood of divorce is much higher if the woman earns as much, or more, than the man. This isn’t “male ego”-—it’s nature.
The man should be the Bread winner ,not because he should be dominant, but because it is the male role.
I have never struggled to be dominant with my wife, she pretty much does things as she wishes to do them.
She worked for two years after we were married, the kids came along and she became a housewife. I worked one regular job and two part time jobs while she worked at home to keep the house and tend the two kids. She ruled the two kids with the wooden spoon and good morals, she never waited until I got home to punish them. We have great kids and have been married for 50 years this June.
Women today who want to be dominant don’t stay married long.
Not to any real man. Megyn looks good, but attitude is what sustains a marriage.

I’m still wanting to know if single heads of household “breadwinners” also included those on welfare. No male role models and baby mamas who are too “busy” to raise their kids with any sense of morals are why this country is in the shape it is today. I can’t believe people are tooo stupid to see the connection.
There are far more female breadwinners than ever before because of a failing economy. It is more difficult to sustain a family on one salary today than in the past. This is stone cold fact.
When both parents are working, in some cases the woman will obviously rise higher in the business world. They are just as smart as us, so why should anyone be surprised.
None of this has anything to do with morality choices being made or the Bible. Until the economy reverts back to pre-1970’s health, if that ever happens, these trends will continue.

Megyn, I would never describe the worst President and worst Commander in Chief in my lifetime as a “success”.
When you see women acting this way, it starts getting easier to understand why Muslim men treat them like crap, almost to the point of slavery.
Don’t forget, it wasn’t always that way in their culture. Look at pictures from Egypt and Iran in the 1960s, BEFORE FEMINISM, and you had women dressed in Western clothing.
This is why women should not be leaders in our world.
I’ve been married twice and both my Ex and my current wife have complained hundreds of times that the kids don’t listen to them but the kids listen to me. I’m the referee when it comes to the kids and wife arguing and don’t see a single parent situation being any good. Both wives have told me to take the kids and give her time to herself.
I’m retired now and my wife is much younger and still working. She loves her job and I’m a stay-at-home dad. If the man and his wife are proud of his accomplishments, there will be no problem.
Circumstances have changed. With affirmative action, quotas, and the replacement of American men with illegal aliens it is much harder for a man to hold down any good paying job that doesn’t require you to sit at a desk.
I’m in Los Angeles and all the manufacturing, engineering jobs are gone. The construction, gardening, maintenance jobs have all gone to the illegal aliens, and with them, there is no such thing as hiring a white or black guy.
Megyn Kelly needs to learn her place is in the kitchen...er...I mean bedroom. MINE!

I saw Megyn, she took it way too personally. It is so much different if you are affluent. I did it when my kids were little and it was terribly hard.
The good news, my husband whom I had divorced became sober, found good work and has been sober for 20 years now. We remarried 4 years later.
She even brought in the racist card if you think women should stay at home for the kids. She even used the libs not letting people finish their sentence routine.
My guess is she was offended because she knew it was true and feels guilty for her kid.

The other part I have not heard in any of the yelling about this report is, does the % of female-breadwinner households stay consistent all up and down the income levels, or is it concentrated near the bottom? I would guess it's skewed to the bottom, but I'll wait to see if there any facts, or just blowhard announcers yelling at each other.
People always scream loudest when you hit a raw nerve, and you find that raw nerve sometimes buried in the subconscious. We have to have more stuff! Work harder and get more stuff!
