Eight people, including two teenagers, were arrested after a brawl erupted at a kindergarten graduation in Cleveland, police said.
Police Cmdr. Wayne Drummond said a fight between two teenage girls spread among adults and other teens in the crowd following a promotional ceremony at Michael R. White Elementary School on Clevelands east side.

They graduate fully qualified for any jobs involving: making hand-prints, and potato-prints; pressing leaves; finger painting; using library paste, without eating it; and afternoon napping.

You’re right. But don’t forget that magic and memorable day when you graduate from being arraigned in juvenile court to making your first “not guilty” plea as an “adult”.
I actually visited the apartment building where my parents lived in 1948 when I was born. It was in much better condition than I expected, although many of the surrounding properties were either decrepit or torn down completely with bare land remaining.
Since there was a police station right next to it, I felt somewhat safe during the day. I wouldn’t visit after dark unless I was riding in Baraq’s POTUS limo.

I know what you mean; a successful parole hearing just doesn’t have the same impact.

And I thought my school was rough.
Here’s the thing...
I have been conditioned by the media to think like a bigot.
How so?
When there’s no pictures and no mention of race in a story about crime, esp. fighting and rioting, if I search different news sources it will turn out to have involved the black community 99% of the time.
No, it doesn’t make any difference in this case. There are no people the public should be watching for, unlike a robbery or murder. It’s just a thing that comes up again and again.
Time for people to grow up. They’ll get no sympathy from me.
