Temporary workaround for missing sidebar and truncated pages problem

Sorry that our recurring problem is back again. Have called and left messages for John, but haven't heard back yet. Hopefully he will check in soon.
Meanwhile, set your personal preference to 20 messages per page and 20 results per page and it should work.
Click "Account" at the top of the latest posts page, then "My Preferences."

Seems like this issue keeps recurring periodically, which means the true root cause has not been found yet unfortunately.

Yeah, he knows what the root cause is, just hasn’t settled on an appropriate permanent fix. Hardware, software or manware. Hopefully he’ll decide soon.

I have cut back to 20 a long time ago. The pages load a bit quicker and I don’t mind having to move on.
My sidebar seems to be about the same as yours.
