holder stated that he did it verbally... which is not legal and he didn’t notify his AAG or the White House. Both are required.

Holder said that over the AP spying....in an interview he made a comment that let it be know he had given the ok on spying on other reporters and nobody asked the logical follow up questions.
Holder will conduct a thorough investigation and find that no wrongdoing has occurred.
