Under the direction of Lois Lerner, the Federal Election Commission sued the Christian Coalition in the 1990s. She harassed the Christian Coalition for three election cycles. She lost her case. Lerner even asked one conservative during the case if Pat Robertson prayed over him. (Sound familiar?)
These actions landed her at the IRS where she used the same tactics against conservatives and Christians – only on a much larger scale. 500 conservative and Christian groups were illegally targeted by the Obama IRS during her tenure. For twenty-seven months the Obama IRS refused to approve any Tea Party applications for tax-exempt status. At the same time the Obama IRS approved dozens of progressive applications.

Rush got his. He doesn’t care. He is like the rest of the elite. Nothing can intrude on his way of life. He’s rich enough, he doesn’t have to worry about anything we mere peasants worry about.

he’s just trying to bring people back to earth, especially people that feel this will get to Obama. Despite of the prosecutor, the evidence, the testimony, the changing testimony, the eyewitness testimony it took an actual DNA test to get Clinton and it didn’t actually get him.
The premise that the problem is big government is where this should be going, but we need to support Congress in getting to the bottom of this. It needs to go where it goes but let’s not get too excited because we’ve been through this before.

I don’t think that Rush is afraid...it’s just that he said it was all a lost cause today which got some of us in a tizzy.
I haven't listened to Rush in a long time so I'll ask, is Rush covering the scandals in detail?

I just read the transcript...yes, he is covering everything. But said that Issa just gave up and anyway Barry is untouchable.
This proves that Lerner was doing what was expected of her. She did it at her last job and now she is at the IRS doing the same thing.
They hired her based upon her past job performance.
Rush loves Elton John. He is no longer relevant to me.
I respect the Constitution. All amendments including the 5th.
Can we get a bipartisan coalition to pass another amendment?...
If you are a public servant and work for us, you can’t plead the 5th. But you can be given immunity from prosecution.
I wonder if she thought she was “smarter than the lawyers”?
