Put all the Muslim terrorists in one room. Let them take care of each other. No experts on spinal injuries or speech rehab? Tough.

Okay, so my calendar is a bit off. I thought this happened on Bush’s watch. Makes more sense now that Obama wouldn’t execute a fellow Muslim. But, oh wait! He preens constantly about killing bin Laden. What’s the diff between executing Hasan and executing Osama?

"Exactly, he is innocent until proven guilty. "

No, he is to be presumed innocent by his jurors until proven guilty in a court of law.

He is also presumed innocent by the US Army, which pays his salary.

Sorry why does it take 3+ years to try someone caught in the act of committing mass murder? THAT alone shows the idiocy of the system.

Probably sent it off to buy pressure cookers and such.

It’s been almost 4 years. Why has this man not been tried, convicted and executed?

How many murder trials are delayed for five years?

Bingo.

“. . .Shooter Paid $278,000. . .”

I don’t know. I guess I live in a parallel universe having been taught RRR’s, but this headline drew my eyes to the article. I had to read to find out if the shooter paid someone (the IRS?) and whom did he pay.

Not finding out, I looked as now trained to do, at he source.

NBC appealing to the headline thinkers (lo infos)

No. He didn’t pay, as the grammatical sense of the headline implores.

He was paid, as in, “Shooter Was Paid $278,000 (by our government)While in Jail”.

We know, but the low info?

I was asked last week by on of them, “Well, the president served in the military, didn’t he? I thought he did.”

Ok

Right. So what point is NBC trying to make with this (misleading) headline, here?

Sounds like a speedy trial is in order.

How many murder trials are delayed for five years? There are some very inconvenient political realities about Major Hasan that would embarrass the new gay friendly Obama military.

Exactly. Why the hell isn't this scumbag muslim (but I repeat myself) already pushing up daisies?

I can’t think of a single military case that has ever taken this long. Usually, you get 90 days to prepare for a case, and after it’s finished, there’s another 90 days of legal review.
