President Barack Obama called Oklahoma Gov. Mary Fallin on Monday to express his concern about a monstrous tornado that wreaked havoc in the Oklahoma City suburbs. The White House said Obama told the governor that he’s directed the government and the Federal Emergency Management Agency to provide any assistance she needs. FEMA has sent a special team to Oklahoma’s emergency operations center to help out and dispatch resources. The White House said Obama’s homeland security team is keeping him updated on the situation. The tornado flattened entire neighborhoods in the southern suburb of Moore with winds up to 200 mph, leaving buildings on fire and landing a direct blow to an elementary school.

FEMA is a PITA and a waste of time for the victims. The inspectors lie about conditions so that the victim has to appeal. Last week I spoke with someone who went through TS Irene. They complained about how the paperwork was keeping them from restoring their home so they didn't appeal. When I informed him that because he didn't continue with the appeals, some poor FEMA worker lost about 16 hours of wages. His eyes lit up. FEMA is there to help themselves,not victims. I hope OK is wise. They'll rebuild faster without FEMA.

Bad enough these people have to rely on FEMA but Ovomit seems to think this is a law enforcement tragedy.
Will DHS declare the tornado a terrorist? Will the bull dyke send her heavily armed, and well supplied with ammo, JBTs to guard against other tornado?
He isn’t going to Moore anytime soon, if ever. The place cannot handle a presidential visit and most around there don’t want to see him in the first place.
Too bad we can’t all fit into Maryland, where there are never any tornadoes, hurricanes or other natural disasters. Oh wait. I checked. They have all of those things. Where will you go?
Check this out. The city of Moore OK has applied for a grant for a FEMA 361 Safe Room (tornado shelter normally placed at schools). It seems FEMA is dragging thier feet. I wonder how many lives would have been saved if they had thier safe room to seek shelter in.

Perhaps if the democrats and this regime had not spent so much money on pointless crap and scams like globull warming...we could have built proper shelters in these schools.
