More will come; I’m reasonably certain. So much, so fast. Oh they may not be as big but they will keep mounting.

I think as the seriousness of the repercussions grows more real to the perps, the more desperate to save themselves they'll become.

Soon enough, the pressure will result in regime enablers and co-conspirators rolling over, or inadvertently spilling the beans on even deeper aspects of these scandals. Some may cut deals to save their own hides, and will reveal secrets that blow up into even bigger scandals.

This thing's just getting started, but already it's so toxic and radioactive that anyone close to it is becoming sick from the fallout. We're going to see some amazing events during the course of this year.

If I recall correctly, John Dean did not actually “come forward”. What happened is that the Watergate burglars were being sentenced by Judge John Sirica and these were harsh. One of the defendants James McCord said wait a minute, John Dean ran the whole show out of the White House. Thus when the heat was on, Dean spilled the beans.

This is why we need a special prosecutor.

Or possibly some state prosecutor can start the process, i.e. Sheriff Joe’s posse can round up some charges over the phony Selective Service form, multiple Social Security Numbers, Birth Certificate, etc. Or the Cincinnati office of IRS could be hit with a discrimination against religion charge in state court and Ohio Civil Rights Commission.

* Our R “leaders” don’t do anything...seen or heard from McConnell, Cantor, Boehner, Cruz, Rubio lately??? If they saw this as a fascist takeover they’d be screaming...but instead, like Rush says, they see it as just a typical D vs R battle.

* Our ignorant, stupid, lazy citizenry is too focused on reality shows and ESPN to want to understand...truly they are willingly stupid...perhaps that’s a new phrase.
