For me, its about collaboration. National Treasury Employees Union President Colleen Kelley on the relationship between the anti-Tea Party IRS union and the Obama White House
Is President Obama directly implicated in the IRS scandal?
Is the White House Visitors Log the trail to the smoking gun?
The stunning questions are raised by the following set of new facts.
March 31, 2010.
According to the White House Visitors Log, provided here in searchable form by U.S. News and World Report, the president of the anti-Tea Party National Treasury Employees Union, Colleen Kelley, visited the White House at 12:30pm that Wednesday noon time of March 31st.
The White House lists the IRS union leaders visit this way:
Kelley, Colleen Potus 03/31/2010 12:30
In White House language, POTUS stands for President of the United States.
The very next day after her White House meeting with the President, according to the Treasury Departments Inspector Generals Report, IRS employees the same employees who belong to the NTEU set to work in earnest targeting the Tea Party and conservative groups around America. The IG report wrote it up this way:
April 1-2, 2010: The new Acting Manager, Technical Unit, suggested the need for a Sensitive Case Report on the Tea Party cases. The Determinations Unit Program Manager Agreed.
In short: the very day after the president of the quite publicly anti-Tea Party labor union the union for IRS employees met with President Obama, the manager of the IRS Determinations Unit Program agreed to open a Sensitive Case report on the Tea party cases. As stated by the IG report.

Can’t we do both?
Is anyobne else suddenly having problems accessing the American Spectator?
Does this imply that this union has/had the power to set policy?
There was something called the 'Workplace Flexibility Forum' that is shown when you click on her entry for that date. At 1pm, the White House's Council of Economic Advisors issued something called 'The Economics of Workplace Flexibility' that undoubtedly involved union people - and probably was the over-arching reason for her visit on that day.
Yes - you're correct: we should do a better job than what The Left does in these matters. However, I don't believe in coincidence when it comes to this Administration, and while I'm doing this extra legwork to see if this American Spectator report sounds credible, you have to say that the timing is rather striking, to say the least.
Colleen Kelly is obviously in the running to be a Helen Thomas replacement.
But her visits to the Obamafascistatroid at the WH are highly suspicious. I hope Issa nails her directly.
It's circumstantial, but looks bad.
Already posted...very interesting article.
Helen Thomas, move over, you’ve got competition.
(and in both, the REAL ugliness lies in what is BEHIND the face)
There's more about this and the possible (likely?) connection to the IRS scandal at this site.
I don't even think now that this was quid-pro-quo... it's starting to look a lot more like a systematic plan.
You’re welcome. Exactly what i was attempting to save myself from.
I just hit the link and also the home page, and it seems to be down.
If you sign in to the visitors’ log, do you not also sign out? Seems to me the proof in the pudding might be there. If there were 100 guests you’d think most of them would have left at the same time.
Are they saying that Colleen Kelley was the new Acting Manager, Technical Unit?
Fair point - unfortunately, that info is not being made public.
All i can access is sign in.
In my search on bing.com, I couldn’t find anything on Margaret, Beth, Meg, Maggie, etc. in the WH. I did find a Rick Weiss.
In doing a search for Weiss on the WH page, I found this, but so far haven’t seen any Margaret Weiss’: http://search.whitehouse.gov/search?affiliate=wh&query=weiss&form_id=usasearch_box&submit.x=53&submit.y=17
Here’s a search on the WH page for Margaret http://search.whitehouse.gov/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&query=margaret&m=&affiliate=wh&commit=Search
I’ve only had a chance to glance at the 1st page on each, but so far, I don’t see a Margaret Weiss. Curious that nothing is coming up on bing.com or the WH page (I did see a couple listings for Margaret Weiss in Washington DC in the White pages link from bing).
Here’s the report from 2009 of WH staff (no Margaret or Weiss listed):

Here’s the report from 2010 of WH staff (haven’t searched it):

Sorry, no time for more research right now
Not a chance that B. Hussein will agree to ANY investigation of himself.
Here is why:
The key to understanding Obamaspeak is to understand that Obama is self-delusional.
Obama truly believes that reality can be created just by him saying so.
I call these statements Obamalies.
Hence, when Obama wants something to be true, all he has to do is say the words and reality will be created around them.
In this manner Obama is capable of protecting himself from REALITY that you and I recognize, but is unrecognizable to Obama.
...except, of course, that there is No One with the surname "Weiss" listed among White House staff members present on Any of the staffing reports sent to Congress for the years 2009 through 2012. Whether that report 'lags' by a year or not, she should have been on at least one of those reports, you'd think.
Good link - thanks.
This is not a smoking gun. Not unless there is an audio of obama actually ordering them to target the Tea Party. It’s like saying if person A gets a visit from person B, and the next day person B robs a bank, person A is guilty of bank robbery.
