Is President Obama directly implicated in the IRS scandal?

The stunning questions are raised by the following set of new facts.
March 31, 2010.
According to the White House Visitors Log, provided here in searchable form by U.S. News and World Report, the president of the anti-Tea Party National Treasury Employees Union, Colleen Kelley, visited the White House at 12:30pm that Wednesday noon time of March 31st.
The White House lists the IRS union leader’s visit this way:

In White House language, “POTUS” stands for “President of the United States.”
The very next day after her White House meeting with the President, according to the Treasury Department’s Inspector General’s Report, IRS employees — the same employees who belong to the NTEU — set to work in earnest targeting the Tea Party and conservative groups around America. The IG report wrote it up this way:
April 1-2, 2010: The new Acting Manager, Technical Unit, suggested the need for a Sensitive Case Report on the Tea Party cases. The Determinations Unit Program Manager Agreed.
In short: the very day after the president of the quite publicly anti-Tea Party labor union — the union for IRS employees — met with President Obama, the manager of the IRS “Determinations Unit Program agreed” to open a “Sensitive Case report on the Tea party cases.” As stated by the IG report.

There is a problem with a special prosecutor. First it can take waaaay too long, particularly since the administration will stonewall and give no documentation up. Much like what happened to Ken Starr, he can be also demogogued to death, they'll call them racist bigots out to get the oh so nice and innocent first black president.

I am completely shocked, SHOCKED to discover that Colleen Kelley is a big, fat, very unattractive woman.
This is also the time period when the WH, the dems. and their allies in the news media went full bore and tried to portray the TEA Party as ultra violent, right wing, racist, extremist, Tim McVeigh wannabes.
May 1, 2010 there was an attempted car bombing in NYC. Since it was a fertilizer bomb, it just had to be the TEA Party.
The WH talking points prior to the attack matched perfectly with the bomb design used.
So much so it was as if the terrorist were so in tune with the news and WH talking points of the TEA Party being a bunch of Tim McVeigh wannabes, the terrorist had designed their bomb and attack from WH talking points.
Now lets go to the “spontaneous “lie with Libya.
The terrorist are so in tune with the news the terrorist were able to pick up on a news story, plan and carry out a terrorist attack in just a matter of minutes, “it was spontaneous”.
Truly is amazing how the “spontaneous” lie goes to explain why the terrorist planned a fertilizer bomb for NYC.
The WH didn’t orchestrate the news about the TEA Party being a bunch of Tim McVeigh wannabes FOR the terrorist attack in NYC.
NOOOOOOO!
The terrorist simply pick up on the WH talking points and planned to bomb and attack accordingly.
Yea, that’s what happened.

At the time of this Jan 2010 visit, Greg Nelson held the title of "Associate Director for Energy, Environment, and Technology, Office of Public Engagement" according to his Linked In page. I can't even invent a reason why Kelley would need to visit Mr. Nelson.
I cannot find anything definitive on who Margaret (possibly also "Margo") Weiss is, or what her role is at the White House.
Five visits within five months.... then nothing else.
What i find as amazing is why we on the right need to engage in the same kind of nonsense as the left.
