The Internal Revenue Service is facing a class action lawsuit alleging that more than 60 million personal medical records were improperly seized by agents from the embattled agency.
According to a story by Courthousenews.com, an unnamed healthcare provider in California is suing the IRS and 15 unnamed agents, alleging that they improperly seized some 60 million medical records of 10 million Americans, including medical records of all California state judges on March 11, 2011.

They could just wait another few months and then the law REQUIRES them to receive personal medical records.
The purpose of Obamacare is to deny medical treatment to political enemies.
The IRS must be dissolved.
Write your Congressional delegation and tell them that the Income Tax must be replaced by a Sales Tax.
No Constitutional Amendment immediately necessary for that to happen.
Meanwhile, a constitutional amendment should be submitted repealing the 16th amendment and shoring up the “personal effects” provisions of the 4th by specifically forbidding invasive agencies from collecting personal, financial, medical, and affiliate data on individuals.
That should blow a big hole in 0bamao-care as well as finish the IRS.
The Courthouse News guy couldn't even just copy and paste something from another article without botching it, and this guy just copies-and-pastes his mistake. The lawsuit (available via link in the article) actually says "many of the Judges of the Superior Court of California", which is a different statement in two obvious ways.

Class action lawsuits should sue the IRS out of existence - but it to the ground. Bring on either the Flat Tax or Fair Tax.
