Two members of Congress are asking if the Treasury Department disproportionately targeted more Republican or conservative owned auto dealerships during the government-lead restructuring of General Motors in 2009. Breitbart.com reported today that Mike Kelly (R-PA) and Jim Renacci (R-OH) released a letter asking Treasury Secretary Jack Lew to release documents regarding the process and methodology that determined which GM dealerships were closed.

my local GM dealer told me point blank the reason he lost his dealership was because "I was of the wrong political persuasion."

Its truly remarkable that it has taken these people nearly three years to catch up to this travesty. Where in the heck have they been? I would bet money that Speaker John Boehner told Kelly and Renacci to "cool it", "nothing can be done", "we don't want to make waves", etc.

When TRYING TO SELL CARS Why would you close successful dealerships? AND... why only REPUBLICAN-OWNED dealers? Simple! That's the Chicago way of governing! Nothing new here...

Whats the difference between organized crime and the thugs in the Obama Administration? Organized crime is at least organized.
One big Cadillac dealer, with over 50 dealerships nationwide, is also a big RAT supporter, especially at those $10K/head meetings 0bama likes to have with the "little people". He got the chance to pick up a few more profitable dealerships from guys with the wrong color of political interests who didn't need them any more.

Maybe that scummy show '60 Minutes' could run a story about this after they do a 'Dan Rather' for corrupt democrats.

Yes they were and a lot of the ones that were closed were profitable while the democrat ones that were allowed to stay open were not.In context, it makes sense why elite liberals defend criminals and radical Muslims. It's not because they see them as victims - it's because they're blood brothers with them in crime.
The worst thing we could do to democrats is threaten them with the prospect that when we get back in power that we'll act like they've acted. And maybe we should...
