President Barack Obamaexasperated by scandals, a seemingly stalled domestic agenda and armchair chiefs of staff in the mediawants to tell you what he really thinks, Washington. Really let you have it. In fact, hes so frustrated with all of the inside-the-Beltway BS that he might hire an assassin to target him in a couple of days, but not before hes really ripped politicians (especially Democrats), denounced the outsized weight of money in elections and used socialism as a rallying cry against health insurance companies. Wait, what? The New York Times reported on Thursday that Obama "has talked longingly of going Bulworth, a reference to a little-remembered 1998 Warren Beatty movie about a senator who risked it all to say what he really thought." Probably every president says that from time to time, the Times quoted longtime Obama adviser David Axelrod as saying. ''It's probably cathartic just to say it. But the reality is that while you want to be truthful, you want to be straightforward, you also want to be practical about whatever you're saying.'' The Times' description of the movie is a bit antiseptic. Bulworth, a disillusioned veteran Democratic senator from California facing a tough primary, takes out a rich life insurance policy on himself, with his daughter as beneficiary, and hires an assassin to kill him in a few days' time. Thinking he's going to die, Bulworth decides he has nothing to lose and hits the campaign trail skewering the state of politicsand notably the Democratic Party and race relations.

More like Bullwinkle
The Cafe' Ame'ricain is officially SEQUESTERED!
“0bama has told us what he really thinks:”
Exactly so. He’s shown his true beliefs many times. However since most Americans no longer have any critical thinking skills they put their trust in “experts” to interpret the glaringly obvious.
Let’s look at a timeline. Obama can’t resign too quickly because the Democrats don’t have everything set up yet, and it would really look fishy. He can’t wait too long to resign, or the troubles will just keep getting worse. The Democrats have done a timeline. They already know when Obama will resign.
Not really. But at this point if it were to happen it would be a case of going from worse to bad.
Like many affirmative action candidates, he wanted the title, the perks, and the prestige-he wasn’t even thinking about the actual job. That never entered into his vision of being “Mr President”. That’s one reason he gets all bent out of shape when he’s forced to realise that he’s president, not king-just issuing decrees is so much easier than consulting Congress, the Constitution, and the law of the land.
I was gonna say, Obama might try Bulworth he’s been
doing bullwinkle and it hasn’t been working.
Moe? Is that you?
Right, it is a simili, not metaphor. But on substance matter, I also agree with you. BTW, your comment about doing any real work in governing being a foreign concept is right on the mark because his personal history has nothing to do with the US experience. He sees himself more like a guy protesting in Cairo or Tinanamin Square than the person who works within the government to make it happen. Like a child, he throws a tantrum whenever he does not get his way.
As long as we can keep the heat on this guy, keep up the pressure, he will crack and when he does, he will bring himself down. Nothing we can do will be able to get him out as his party is not going to let that happen, so, we have to work for the best and that is he needs to publicly show exactly what a man child he is.
and of course the media will again label incredulous conservatives who express disbelief as 'racist'...
Or they put their trust in experts, who misinterpret the glaringly obvious.
I stand corrected. You used the proper verb.
