(CNN) -- Acting Internal Revenue Service Commissioner Steven Miller has said his agency has pinpointed two "rogue" employees in the agency's Cincinnati office as being principally responsible for "overly aggressive" handling of Tea Party requests for tax-exempt status over the past two years, a congressional source told CNN on Wednesday.

Good thing they got these two rogue-ers. They were negating all the positive things that the ENTIRE Remainder of the IRS and the Feral govt were trying to do to HELP Tea Party groups, Patriot groups, Conservatives and Constitutionalists.
A lie can be exposed by following up as if it were true. These rogues need to testify exactly HOW they managed to do this step by step. Of course they won’t be able to.
Not “rogue employees”, more like “fall guys”.
I don’t trust Eric Holder’s FBI to be investigating this. And clearly the IRS/Treasury Inspector General’s office is doing an investigation of only certain “surface” aspects of this all.
We need an investigation that goes into great detail to root out the evildoers. And by great detail I mean they need to be pulling hard drives of personal computers, looking at complete email history (to include the back and forth comments as various “questionaires” directed at conservative groups were being staffed out (e.g., comments and suggestions going back and forth, who sent them, when, etc.). They need to look at the metadata in the emails and documents and complete phone records. They need to go into the bowels of the servers that were used when this was going on.
The “investigation” details I’ve seen so far indicate, at very best, a superficial and very partial review—more of a cover up than an actual investigation.
So, any bets on how long before the two “rogue’ employees ‘commit suicide’ over the shame their actions have brought to the IRS and WH?
Howard Dean Dismisses IRS Scandal As Hot Air
As long as it doesnt get to the White House, its not going to be a problem, said Howard Dean, former Vermont governor, presidential candidate and chairman of the Democratic National Committee, during an appearance on MNSBCs Morning Joe program.
Via Washington Times:
Lifetime Public Servants don’t risk their pensions and benefits over being “rogue”. Someone at high political levels directed or threatend someone. I guarnteee.
-—— Someone at high political levels directed ———
The employees that received the direction were not lifetime bureaucrats. They were political apparatchiks inserted into the IRS for the purpose of destroying the enemy.
This is first degree treachery.
Arrest, try, execute....... no appeal. Let history sort it all out over the next hundred years.
Who’s their boss? And who’s his/her boss? And on and on...
Just like the Black Panthers in Philly in 2008....
Rogue employees?
Why weren’t they disciplined for low productivity/taking too long to process applications?
Their supervisors approved.
I tend to concur.
When this first broke I immediately expected that a couple of underling patsy useful idiot shills would be thrown over the castle walls to appease the angry mob at the gate.
Now “Violla”; my expectations are fully realized.
These people have become so consistently corrupt as to be predictable.
Another example is A-General Eric HOLE-DUH’s “Selective amnesia” regarding the AP intel theft; it worked so well for the Hilldebeast during the Rose Law Firm / insider trading Congressional inquests, (”I don’t recall”) why not just recycle her strategy?
It seems to be working.
Of course anyone with a shred of sense or integrity knows he’s lying... again... but try to prove it.
Impeachment? Good luck with that Sports Fans.
I have a sinking feeling that neither politics nor law nor any other peaceful approach is going to stop this syndicate from “transforming” America into a 3rd world cesspit hell of chaos, anarchy, and thence into absolute iron fisted jack booted police state tyranny.
Lest I be accused of advocating anything less than peaceful resolution, however, let it be known that I really don’t believe that any aggressive option (revolution, coup, etc.) is reasonably viable, and would probably be counterproductive, if anything.
Any attempt to forcibly “overthrow” the existing cabal or harm any of it’s operatives would probably only hasten it’s ultimate triumph - as well as the extermination of millions of Americans.
I, for one, opine that they are intentionally trying to provoke something like that, and it is probably an integral part of their plan. Wise people do not rush into traps, even when Freedom is the bait.
These corruptocrat IRS hacks who are being “sacrificed” are not going to suffer for their misdeeds very much if at all; how many exposed, disgraced and displaced Obama shills like Van Jones have ended up on the unemployment lines or bankrupted?
They just get shunted off to another office that might not be quite as obvious, but will be at least as lucrative.
If the regime was going to leave these people under the bus and potentially disgruntled, they might be tempted to sing... then they’d have to kill them - which would be a waste of valuable talent as long as their loyalty can be maintained (at taxpayer’s expense of course).
Expect most of them to get a promotion, raise, and big fat bonu$ after the smoke clears and our attention is diverted.
Expect them to show up in the Administration of a college or university some place in the very near future, tenured for life with full fat benefits raking in a regal pay check for doing little or no actual work.
Speaking of diversions; some of us are expecting a big nasty one any day now. They are getting really good at this false flag business, aren’t they?
If no coup or popular uprising is forthcoming, they just might fabricate one... for our entertainment and their justification of expedited tyranny. Hollyweed is at their disposal, don’t you know?
Whenever an exploitable crisis is needed, it magically seems to materialize. Coincidence? Color me tinfoil... but I think not.
Something along the lines of Beslan or the Hotel hostage siege a few years ago comes to mind. Unlike 9/11 it has to be prolonged, drawn out and emotionally agonizing in order to keep our eyes off of the current situation for some time.
If they can use it to justify martial law and suspension of habeus corpus, constitutional and human rights all the better - for them.
As long as the guilty are not serving hard time (like a lot of peaceable political dissidents are doing) then there is still no accountability.
Alas; I don’t expect any any time soon... do you?
If the culprits are far enough DOWN THE LADDER at the IRS to plan and accomplish this kind of ‘infraction’ without direction or notice... then they would ALSO BE far enough DOWN THE LADDER to really worry about doing something that will cost them their jobswhen they are found out and charged with misconduct.
If the culprits are far enough UP THE LADDER to SEND this directive TO underlings... then THEY are responsible for misconduct. The IRS people who ‘ordered’ this activity either did this on their OWN AUTHORITY (which I very much doubt-cause they’d be equally concerned for THEIR OWN cushy jobs) or they are covering for the person who INSTRUCTED them to break the law BY carrying this out.
It is one thing or another and NOT both!
