The press and the left. But Lisa Myers repeats herself. Seriously, though, Myers did make a stunning admission along such lines on today's Morning Joe? H/t NB reader Pam.
Describing the harm done to President Obama by the AP spying scandal, NBC senior investigate correspondent Myers said the effect of the scandal has been to turn "one [sic] of the President's most important constituencies, the press and the left, against him." Did Myers make a double Freudian slip in describing the press and the left as "one" and the press as an Obama constituency?

Believe it or not, on Morning Joe This morning I saw Chrissy (Thrill down my leg) Matthews throwing Obama under the bus. He was joined by everyone else on the set who took turns throwing rocks at the Administration. I just watched in stunned disbelief.
Do say it is not so...Chrissy and Hussein love affair is over ? I was expected the firt gay wedding to be theirs.

Yep...I share your stun. Matthews sounded like Rush: he said the same thing re Obummer’s not really wanting to actually govern. And I just saw Dana Milbank (uber lib from WaPo) say the same on Chuck Todd’s MSNBC show. The Rubicon has been crossed.
They're just getting it out of their system.
Like when the muslims throw stones at the devil during the Hajj.
Once they get it out of their systems, they'll be able to go back to their normal roles.
