Hunchback of Notre Dame star Bette Midler declared that she loves the Internal Revenue Service for targeting the tax-exempt status of conservative groups.
I LOVE THE IRS!!! HOW CAN A POLITICAL ORGANIZATION BE CALLED A NON-PROFIT THAT PROMOTES GENERAL WELFARE??, Midler tweeted in all caps Monday.
The IRS apologized Friday for improperly giving extra scrutiny to the tax-exempt status of conservative nonprofit groups a confession White House press secretary Jay Carney said President Barack Obama would find outrageous if confirmed by an independent report.
Midler, an Obama supporter who has previously tweeted that Obama inherited this [economic] mess, he didnt start it, subsequently made a bizarre statement regarding the IRS scandal that seemed to undercut her partisan argument.
But when is the IRS going to investigate GE and all the other corporations who get away with paying ZERO taxes???, Midler tweeted Tuesday....

The only thing she has is what obama has, arrogance. I wish her a future audit so she can see how it feels.

We just have to convince Muslims that due to sequester, the IRS is using pages of the Koran for toilet paper.
Sit back with a big bowl of popcorn and watch matter and anti-matter annihilate each other.

Midler is now 67 or 68 years old and the early signs of dementia are beginning to take its toll.

You probably should come out in support of the IRS....lest you find yourself being investigated by them....

What happened to the brains of actors?
They had brains? I love the middle ages. Everywhere, the actors were always segregated away from decent normal folks. The were usually housed with cattle somewhere just out of town.
There are two types of actors. The select few who are decent, knowledgeable human beings first, actors second.
And then there's the rotting mass of the others who equate wealth with goodness and excellence.
After all, what are they?
People with no character, reading lines written by others, pretending to be someone they're not, and surrounded by an ego that manages to conceal, most of the time, the utter rot.
Other than that, they're OK.

That stupid bimbo wouldn’t be a 0.55 if she were driving a red convertible. Normally that’s good for about 3 points.

That or standing on soap boxes blathering about anything and everything while being looked upon as the village idiots. Or locked up and forgotten about in an insane asylum. The shallow, narcissistic line readers and drama queens that make up Hollywood would find themselves in similar situations if it weren't for Edison, Disney, Tesla, Marconi, Philo Farnsworth, Vladimir Zworkin, Jack Warner and countless other dead White guys whose creativity, business expertise and sheer genius made the "Entertainment industrial complex" what it is today. Egomaniacs like the Divine (GAG!) Ms. M. demand to be taken seriously? And to think when I was a kid I was made fun of for believing pro wrestling was real!

Of course, if it had been Hollywood targeted, she’d be screaming bloody murder.
No one expects actors and actresses to demonstrate intellectual - much less moral - acuity.
