Hi Kathy...I try to make every day a good day right? LOL

No ducks but the piggies rooted up a bunch of asparagus ferns...they seem to like the bulbous roots.

Geese all gone?

TRAINS!

You Are Smart and Stable
You love concrete information. You are definitely a just the facts type of person.
You feel most comfortable when you understand what's expected of you. You appreciate structure.

You enjoy reading, especially nonfiction. You can get lost in books and magazines.
You are family oriented. Some of your best memories revolve around the family dinner table.

Re-posting from the Prayer Thread:

Thank you so much for your prayers - David is 19. He has had considerable adversity in his life. At five years of age he was diagnosed with a soft tissue cancer (rhabdomyosarcoma) above his left eye.

Mrs. MacNessa and I stood with him during a year of weekly chemo, through six weeks of daily radiation treatments, several inpatient hospitalizations for line infections and a C. difficile infection. We almost lost him then - his pre-cancer weight was 40 lbs. - by the time of the C. diff infection he was below 28 lbs.

There have been sequellae - as a result of the Rad treatment he developed a cataract in his left eye and underwent lens replacement surgery - successful - at age 12. He continues to have other late effects.

We are very proud of him and most concerned for his future at the same time. We pray daily for him along with many other causes dear to us.

Deo Volente!

Listen, O isles, unto me; and hearken, ye people, from far; The LORD hath called me from the womb; from the bowels of my mother hath he made mention of my name. (Isaiah 49:1 KJV)
