Ok Rush is on WMAL, and out of the blue I hear a "Conservative" group(didn't catch the name) advertizing for "comprehensive" immigration reform. It included quotes from Rubio. The implication is that "conservatives" are behind Rubio. It was pure BS propaganda.
You are a bit late, it is a Liberal Front Group funded by the founder of Facebook/Soros. Chris Plante and Mark Levin covered these phonies last week on their shows and MAL is simply taking their money as the word is already out on them.

I believe there is station time and Rush time during breaks. He can influence his end, but I’m not convinced he can dictate to the station what it will air.

That sounds like the campaign signs here in Idaho’s 1st congressional district from about 6 years ago: Sportsmen for (democrat) Minnick. Never met one “sportsman for minnick,” but the signs were all over.
