How did that monster survive in prison that long.Somebody would have been able to get to him somehow, someway over the years.

He has Manson eyes. Evil Vermin.

His death was far too painless and far too long delayed.

He was executed by lethal injection? I'm sure it was far less painful and terrifying that the ordeal he put that poor infant through!
A monster like this deserves something far more severe than lethal injection - they released him from all pain in his life! He should have been daubed with honey and staked out on an anthill or had a molten hunk of steel pressed onto his scrotum.
I wonder what they're saying about this on the Leftist forums - probably want to give him an award.

The constitution forbids cruel and unusual punishment, but I’d be willing to waive it in this case.

at least this is a case where no one can argue they executed the wrong person.

Too bad we don’t have impalement through the anus like what the French did to Suleiman al-Halabi for killing General Jean Baptiste Kleber in 1800. They tied him to a tree, burnt his arm to the bone, then impaled him through the anus and out through the shoulder and left him to slowly die where they then beheaded him and sent his skull to the Museum of Man in Paris with “criminal” written above it. If they did that here just once, it would end child rape overnight. But noooo, we have to put the killers to sleep like *yawn* little lambs. “Oh he took a deep breath! Oh the horror!”

I’m shocked. An execution took place in a state other than Texas? And it’s not even a southern one? Shocking! Wait until Ariel Castro hears about this.

Smith had recently tried to get his sentence reduced to life in prison, arguing that he was too drunk to realize that his assault was killing Autumn and that he didn't mean to hurt her That's some defense!
