Remember, prior to this crash, Barack Obama and Joe Biden had identified Seal Team 6 as the forces that killed Osama Bin Laden. One has to ask, “were they a trade off for Bin Laden?”
Trade off? Tin foil hat time, I know, but.......what if the so-called Bin Laden ‘hit’ was, like so many things with this administration, a total fabrication? I had always found the timing of that hit very suspect.
IF....go with this.....it was a total fabrication, you’d have to silence those who were ‘featured players’ in the imaginary drama. IOW.....they were offed to ensure their silence.
Call it a gut feel, but I can’t shake it.
The whole scenario screams Fast & Furious 2 with CIA assistance and then covering it up by letting the actors involved be killed to cover it up. It’s just speculation but I imagine someone lined their pockets and sold their soul knowing that the witnesses involved would be killed to cover it up. There’s just way too many coincidences that allowed this to happen and people in 0 administration lying to cover it up. Nixon is probably turning over in his grave for being impeached for so much less.
I knew we were in serious trouble when the memorandum came down saying that it wasn’t fair to evaluate Soldiers based on their performance in battle. What should you evaluate them on? How well they sing?
Don’t forget that the Taliban who shot down the Chinook was almost immediately found and killed. How convenient.
for my money; it was a setup....intelligence, pointed to a remote cabin, situated in a mountain valley...it was simple, to attracted attention to the cabin, by lighting up the radios/cells, or whatever....the Afghans, knew sooner or later, a flight would be made to investigate the cabin...hence the helicopters would fly down the valley, making a very easy target....this tactic, was similar to the Northern Koreans use of cables strung across valleys....helicopters were permitted to fly up the valley, but on the way down the valley the cables strung across the valley...destroying the aircraft....

I am just a too old light infantry commander...no combat, no berets myself....just years working with troops in the field from every US service and from all over the world in training including US and foreign SF....but when I read about this at the time of the loss, my immediate thoughts were...........
1. What are seals doing so far inland on a relatively common every day mission?
2. What were 16.....16!!!! Seals doing concentrated in one operation that is a plain jane airborne infantry role?
3. Who in their right mind would put that many EXTREMELY high value assets in a single transport?
4. What are we using a single cargo Chinook to transport so many, as opposed to several smaller more nimble, better armed and tactically capable Blackhawks?
Now I hear the Afghan team that was to be on the chopper, were swapped out at the last minute? Who was saved and who was sacrificed?
Could be honest and rational answers to each....BUT..
The looks, looks mind you, as if these men were concentrated in such an unusual fashion and then their presence leaked to the enemy....who as we know is embedded throughout the Afghan and contract advisory forces.
If nothing else, careers should have been ended....but probably promotions gained.
There are games afoot Freepers to convert the US military...up until now a bastion of conservatism...into a progressivist vanguard of militant gays, lesbians, and uberlibs....while purging the “old guard”.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for posting this. We have to keep this up front. I cried through that 3 hour video today and I’m blazing mad. This is worse than Bengazi even, if that is possible. Maybe those who won’t take the time to watch the video will at least read this article.

At the beginning of the video is footage of the Islamist Imam praying over our soldiers at Bagram Air Base. Of course he prays in Arabic, but in the English translation he sent our heroes into eternal hell as infidels while praising the Islamist relationship with our country. You read that right, and our Government and our military let that happen.

I think that it was a more of a,”Dead men tell no tales” type of thing. The same thing with Ambassador Stevens. He knew too much and had outlived his usefulness. if kidnapping him for a swap had been the plan, they had ample opportunity to kidnap him before and he was murdered over a period of time.
